At the moment the site is only on trial, but if they succeed then one could see some money coming! They would like to be the next Paypal and are testing things at the moment. The site is free to join, but they add $50 to you account as soon as you do. If you keep on being active on the site, complete some surveys and refer people, then you could also get $20 a day for your activity. They have a lot of advertising at the moment, so I suggest you join! The site is called Paybox.me!

I request you and everyone else to stay away from such scams. They all are just there to make some money off you and are not there to make you money. Sites like this, website tester, imcrew are just here to build mailing list of people who are looking to make some money online as they are more prone to other kind of money making scams. And they have also clearly stated in their terms of usage that their virtual currency's(paybox dollars) value may change with time. And it would not be a surprise to me it your thousands of virtual dollars which you would have earned till their launch would equal to some cents. So my sincere advice is to stay away from all these sites.

If it sounds too good to be true, then it is. And this my friend, sounds too good to be true. I've seen people earning money on that site quicker than an every day job, and no site can afford to pay all of that. I've been hearing from people that they don't even have valid currency to pay anyone, so really, how do you expect to get paid? If they have no currency, then your earnings are invisible essentially. They don't exist. I would get out before they start spamming you with emails from other people, when you get an influx of emails in your spam box, you'll see exactly what I mean. I never joined that site, nor will I ever because even not seeing the site for myself, I know it's a scam, and I'm not interested in wasting my time on more scam sites.

I saw this site myself the other day and joined it out of curiosity, although I can't see how they are going to make the money back to pay the $50 sign up fee as well as the money they are paying for referrals as well. I guess we will have to just wait and see when it officially launches to see if it is legit.

Its money they made that says its about the same as the U.S. dollar in value. Thats why they are testing it. To me it kind of seems like a scam but we will see.

I'm sorry to disappoint you guys, but it's an elaborate scam. I found this out by Googling the site. You can either do this yourself or read box 28, it's entirely up to you. I had my doubts about how basic the site looked and I guess my gut feeling about it is correct..one to be avoided I'm afraid.

I have already joined and have close to $500-am not quite sure how they pay you directly though. Are you able to cashout through PayPal or Alertpay?

No, they don't pay you directly, so there is no cashing out with Paypal or Alertpay. At the moment all what you can do is send some money to another Paybox member, but that is about all. Things might change soon though, so you must be alert for any changes and read their blog.

To be honest, I wouldn't sign up in the first place, not after all I've read about them today.

I would advise you to get away from Paybox.me as soon as you can. Please read my entry at no.28 below yours. I don't want to discredit anyone on here but I did have my doubts about the site, so I did some research. You should do the same if I'm being honest.

Just today they introduced a new feature and that is to be able to "send" money. The money is to be sent to your friends, or people who are already members of Paybox. I have read that this could be used as a way of converting the money, although the people you send the money to would have to believe in Paybox for it to be able to work. I think the idea at the moment is just to try the system out, but of course people are already inventing things!

Adding such features doesn't require anything. Even I can write the script for such transfers to work!

Read the small print. The "dollars" that you are credited with are very unlikely to be real US dollars. They say that "at the moment" Paybox dollars are approximately equivalent to US dollars but, think about it ... no new company could afford to give away such large amounts of money to new members before they even start trading. The whole thing is based on a VERY flimsy premise. There have been other companies which did a very similar thing: allowed one to build up ridiculous amounts of money for doing almost nothing and then changed the rules so that their 'dollar' was worth virtually nothing OR said "Well, that wasn't REAL money. We were just testing the system. Look what REAL money could do if you invested in us!" OR simply changed into a different kind of business altogether, having built up an email list! Did I hear the bleating of many sheep?

I can't believe this discussion has not be deleted yet! Paybox.me is a scam! Who would supposely pay you for a site that really isn't up and running? This is a scam and I can guarantee you will be scammed! Big Time! another thig; your discussion has been report! Have nice day!

Why should it be deleted? I can't see that, as a discussion, it goes against any of the Guidelines. To date 55% of the people responding have said it's a scam (I do find it worrying that 45% are either in favour of it or are 'thinking about it'. Greed seems to be a stronger vector than common-sense in too many people, unfortunately!)

I hope they succeed because they are really giving high bonuses. Well for now I see surveys the same but you can complete them on a weekly basis so you can still add your bonus. Let's keep updated by subscribing on their blog...

it COULD be scam but you can't really tell yet so stop screaming scam if you read TOS the dollars are not real as yet, think of Disney dollars. if and when they launch, dec 2011, the paybox dollars may only be pennies or cents so even if one has got $10,000 paybox dollars in reality may only be worth $10 also if you did register USE A DIFFERENT PASSWORD JUST INCASE

They are "paying" me for my efforts and getting referrals, but the payment is only in "their" currency and not real, although one day it might be, if you believe in them and keep on at it.

The question is that what is the minimum payout with this site. It is also scaring because earning that amount of money is unbelievable to cash out... If we do the computation they spend thousands of dollar or million a month. And where they get those amount to pay members? Have a nice day!

I think its a scam. giving away that kind of money. whereas ligitimate sites only offers small amount in order to earn. Maybe we should stay away from those kind of offers to not waste our time.
