I have been suffering from UTI on and off for several years now and it really pisses me off to have to go to the toilet even in the middle of the night. I don't like taking antibiotics or medicines. I want to know if there is a natural way to cure or prevent UTI.

If you have a UTI, you really should take antibiotics to get rid of it. It could progress to become a Kidney infection, which is a lot worse and can cause a lot more damage.
That said, prevention is worthwhile of course. Cranberry, as it's already been mentioned, is typically used but you can't just use any old cranberry juice that you get in the grocery. Most of those are "cranberry juice cocktail" which is mostly other juices, and has added sugars. Sugar will feed bacteria, and cancel out any good the cranberry is doing for you. So, considering that cranberry juice cocktail is also high in calories and expensive, you might want to rethink that. Using sugar-free cranberry is better, or even better yet, organic cranberry, if you can find it with no sugar added. It'll be really tart in that case, but it's supposed to be. It's the acid that controls the bacteria.
Cranberry tablets, or other tablets for urinary tract health are probably a lot better and a lot easier, since they're not loaded with sugars. Also, just cutting down on the amount of refined sugars in your diet alone can sometimes help prevent UTIs.

Some people are more prone to UTI than others. The only sure way of clearing up a UTI is to identify exactly what the infection is and to take a course of antibiotics to deal with it. Many health professionals, however, recommend two glasses of cranberry juice daily as a way of helping to prevent UTI. Of course, it goes without saying that paying special attention to hygiene will also considerably lessen the risk of an infection.
