Many people enjoy watching or participating in Machinery's racing as Car, Motorcycle, Speed boat and so on.
I am an question about these racing sport.
Can those huge money which is spending in this racing sport
be used for the purpose of benefiting people and society?
We need to help the poor.
We need to build and maintain the facilities.
and so on.
Should this meaningless racing sport continue ?

I too have thought about this before, I wonder why people are spending million or billion of money for car racing or others high maintenance games that need a lot of money, why not they use the money to give it to the poor and not just doing charity by donating a very tiny portion of the racing fun to those who need the money urgently. The are many people are starving and yet these people are spending big money just to make their car more powerful. This is how unfair the world is.

Yes, you are right, this not only make the youngster excited about car or bike racing and trying to imitate the action on the public road. Just like those mat rempit, they felt that they are so great and can be superman on the road. I always hope that they will goes in to the "longkang" when they do the stunt...

I believe this kind of sport will encourage more youngsters in illegal car or motorcycle racing which will suffer other road users.
Other people may think that we should allow a proper racing place so that whoever want to race can race legally at the right place.
Hello youngsters, there are many other meaningful things for them to do.
Don't purposely make yourselves a victim of road accidents.

We really can't say it's meaningless because it's a sport that people enjoy playing and watching. It is a lot better than gambling. there are people who's good in customizing racing cars and driving/racing it and they join these types of events. And for all we know, some of these car racing events also raises funds for charity.

Let me ask you this first. How many different things going on in this world that are just as questionable? Baseball, Olympics, football, any sports, competition of many different categories that huge amounts of money is spent. Music, Arts, Movies, etc. That is one loaded questions isn't it?
Racing is just another human sport that people enjoy, to get away from the daily routine of challenges to survive this world. Revenue is created, jobs are created from these events. So going full circle could they actually be helping those that many don't see, the people that make a living from the jobs created.
Just my thoughts.

Many other sports that involve in human's physical movement.
Those sports are really encouraging people to spend their spare time not only in doing more exercise but also the good relationship among friends.
Car or Motors racing is a very dangerous sport.
The drivers never do the exercise. The cars or the machines do.
I don't think it is cheap to modify and to maintain the machines.
For me, Music and Arts are helping the grown of personal moral and characters.
Watching movies can be more than just entertaining us. It is also teaching or enrich our experience in handling our life.
