What do you eat in the morning?

Experts suggest that our first meal should be really rich but most of the time its really hard to prepare a big meal and you just eat something quick. I personally enjoy a big bottle of fresh orange juice, two boiled eggs, warm bread with some olive oil and a proud piece of sweet chocolate cake but most of the time I end up with a biscuit in my mouth running to catch up a bus or something like that. What do you like to eat in the morning ?

Whey protein is a good combination in the morning , it loads the body with the essential amino acids and doesn't add uneccesery fat. In general I noticed you have made good choices to start the day, I guess you also exercise a lot too. Good day to you to :)

I do the one and one diet. One slice diet toast, one slice low fat ham, one egg, and one slice 2% cheese. I do have my cup of coffee with it. If not this I like to have fruit with yogurt and granola.

I love having a big omelette in the morning with bacon, baked tomato, and a cup of hot tea with milk and sugar. Otherwise if I was in rush to work, then I will just grab some cereal and fruit like orange. I love having lots of fruits in the morning too.

I am not really a Breakfast person even though I know it is the most important meal of the day, I usually stop at Mc Donalds to grab an egg and cheese burrito before work and other times I just take a granola bar or some oatmeal along with me and have it at work and sometimes I skip it and just wait until lunch time.

I usually take a heavy breakfast as it keeps my system awake, some eggs, fruits, warm bread and of course coffee. But if it's a weekend I see to it that I only take fruits and egg for breakfast.

LOL I don't eat all! I would just have a very cold water when I get up. Take a shower, dress up and go straight to the office. I usually get at 7:30 and I must be at the office by 8 a.m. ^_^

I am wondering, if you don't eat at morning then when do you eat your first meal and if you are taking any "big meal" later on at night?

i don't usually eat heavy breakfast in the morning, but if i do i like eggs and fried rice with hot coffee. Like you also end up eating cookies and instant noodles whenever i am in a hurry. They say that the best food to eat in the morning are oat meals and fruits, i like the taste of oatmeal, i put milk on it and it taste so yummy--

I think oat meal is very good and lots of fruits in the morning and any time in the day also but I must admit it is neccesary to eat something with lot of protein also (eggs, chicken etc) becouse protein is very important especially in morning. Thans for sharing !

Well, its not that it should be really rich but something to get us jump started for the rest of the day. I eat oatmeal cooked in egg whites, chocolate protein powder and blueberries. Pretty quick to make, like 2-3 minutes and its ready. If you have some carbs for breakfast, it really boots your energy levels.

Very good combination ! blueberries are rare where I live but I am trying to cultivate some in my own becouse it is one of the most healthy fruit you can eat due to its antioxidants. I find eating only egg whites very good for health becouse you avoid the uneccesary saturated fat from the yolk even if it seems a little extreme. protein also very powerful combination . Your choices can be a very good example :) thank you for sharing !

I usually eat some kind of eggs. I like breads, yogurts, and fruit. Always I have coffee. I do not usually drink juice. I would rather have fruit instead.I do not have to rush out the door for deadlines or buses.

Since I'm in dorms right now, I just eat at the cafeteria. My favorite so far is a Chik fila breakfast platter. With a side of yogurt or oatmeal. It fills me up for the most part. Have a good day Jagokonte.

That's true; the first meal is the most important one! I try to encourage many of my friends to eat something in the morning, but it seems like almost nobody eats breakfast?
