are you the type who greets first?

I always greet myself first. Some people are shy and are unconfrotable being around people they don't know. So why not take the step and get all the weirdness out of the way and make a new friend. Thasts the way I look at.

Well i have taught in colleges for over 44 years, i always greet my seniors, indian style foldeded hand with a namastey, my juniors greet me with namstey too, it is the tradition at works.. At home or with relatives we touch feet of elders, no hand-shakes lol.. Thanks for sharing. Cheers. Professor. .

Personally I have never given it thought and do know that subconsciously I am aware that when I enter a room and or some does I usually always acknowledge that there is a person before me so I guess out of habit I have always been the first to greet. Hope I do not get conscious about this as it is just a habit.

hi dear... I think ny meeting... one shold greet all person he is meeting wid... and then only discuss with the issues.. as this is the part of courtesy and respect tht we r giving to the other person...without the index book may nt b tht useful similarly a meeting without greeting will b tea without sugar
