BROADBAND, DSL or Dial UP?

I formerly used a Dial Up internet service but have changed to ADSL internet connection few months ago,the surfing speed is much faster at 512k. So, for me, I prefer broadband internet connection .

We have broadband and that's what I prefer.

I would prefer broadband to dsl and dial up service. I still remember those good old or rather bad old days of dial-up connections where you need to wait for at least 5 minutes for a page to display, I still cannot think about it now with this fast world. I really hated dial-up connections. Those days it would take hours to check whether there were any new mails, but now it takes just minutes to check and open and read. I have not used DSL connections, hence I cannot comment on it. I just love my broadband connection.

Thanks everyone for posting comments. I have just ordered DSL and plan to be using it in a couple of days. It's good to know that some people like it because I was nervous about ordering it.

I got double the speed of Dial-up through cable connection of Internet.

We have broadband in our home, and dsl in our office, I think there is no much difference between them

i hate dial up. right now i have dsl. it is pretty good.

I am using DSL. Just subscribed to DSL and way faster than dial up. I think dial up is on its way out. Way too slow. Lot of people work on line and need fast access. Dial up does not provide you with speed.

I have broadband and I love it.Dial up is so slow!
