I like being pessimist. Because I don't get what I desire. So that if I thought negatively the outcome will be in the other way therefore positive.I like being optimistic I won't get What I want.

Both. I am an optimist if I'm sure I'll succeed with what I do and I pessimist if I had doubts I can achieve something. I always think of the worst scenario, so at least I can prepare for a backup plan just in case it doesn't turn out the way I want it to be.

Both, For the most things, I may be a optimist. But I get used to picture out the worst situation for the things in the future and try to get the better result by my effort before the worst time come. The attitude will help me to concentrate on my endeavour and if I failed to change the worst things it will not let me too upset. The attitude will influence the person around me that the pessimist who drag us down will not complaine too much.

I think I am a bit of both, and sometimes a combination, depending on the situation.

I refuse to answer whether I am an optimist or pessimist. I think it is a ridiculous question, especially since it's all relative, and basically all a matter of perspective. You can be optimistic about something, and pessimistic about the same thing if the situation changes. By the way, being a pessimist is not a "problem" to "cure". Pessimism works for many people, especially when they're correct.
