How do you feel when you wake up in the morning?

I wake up in the morning and I feel like crap. I can't decide if I feel sick or just plain tired. I don't feel like jumping in the shower, I don't feel like getting dressed, I don't feel like moving my body at all. Of course I get up and I push myself to do all these things but I wish I could wake up feeling refreshed and excited to start a new day. How do you feel when you wake up in the morning?

I wake up feeling good. I make sure i get in the bed at a good time. I make sure i have good thoughts before i close my eyes. and when I wake up i say the Lords Prayer before my feet hit the floor. I put the day on notice that today is going to be a great one. and i just take the steps to make sure the day is going to be great. and if there are a few bumps in the road, i don't allow them to bring me down. I just keep on going. It takes pratice and work to keep your mind busy working on the positive. but onces it becomes a habit you will feel great every single morning

I use to always pray before getting out of bed as well. I have been thinking a lot about that lately. Something I certainly should start doing again. Prayer sure makes a difference in how I feel about a day.

I wake up... and wish I could have slept more. Haha. I don't normally feel like moving my body either. I just want to get under the covers and be warm. I haven't woken up refreshed in a long time. I get enough sleep so I don't know why I don't either, haha. But it's all good. Once you're up, you're up! So take it from there.

I often wonder if most of have that sleep disorder that stops us from having the rem sleep. I do know lately I have been a little better then before and I think it is because of the new coffee I am drinking. But still I would like to feel even better.

I think mine is because I don't really sleep. I am working night shifts too, but I work day shifts as well. And it's not that I don't want to sleep, but I just CAN'T. It's awful. I think that when I finally do sleep, I just crash. So maybe that's why I feel so awful? Haha.

Oh, I am not jumping for joy,at 5 am, but mostly I do not hurt all over. I did the other day, and I have some kind of virus, and I was running a temperature. Have you talked to the doctor about how you are always tired, and feel badly? How long has this gone on? I look forward to things, most of the time. I have a few things I dread, as well, but I am ready to get up. In fact, if I stay in bed too long, that is when I begin to hurt.

I was around 12 years old when I noticed one day that I was always feeling tired. I did get my mom to take me to a doctor but then decided going to a doctor was not for me. LOL I was extremely shy and didn't like it when the doctor told me to take of my shirt so he could listen to my heart beat. I am 51 and life as been a struggle with this deep sense of tiredness 24 hrs a day every day. Until recently drinking a healthy coffee infused with ganoderma. So I feel much better but I think the reason I still wake up not feeling great is my eyes hurt and wake me up a few times a night. Will more like 12 times a night. I notice though that my mind and body still feel better then it has in years so I guess that is good. It doesn't take me as long as before to get myself in gear. Today I went to the eye doctor and he said my pressures in my eyes are great that I just need drops because my eyes are dry again. I had laser and plugs put in my eyes a few months ago but I guess still need those drops to lubricate my eyes. So tonight I will give it a dry and see if tomorrow with my ganoderma sleep and my eye drops I can feel amazing. LOL hope so.

When woke up, sometimes I wake up with enthusiasm, but sometimes I wake up feeling lazy, I feel lazy, because I work a lot have been waiting for. When lazy to come, I have to fight feeling lazy, because I have to prepare breakfast and take my child to school.

I have felt this way my entire life. The past few months I do feel much better with more energy but I have eye problems and because of it I don't get a good sleep. So wake up feeling like I could feel better. I have to admit though I do feel more rested then ever before even with my eye problems.

Usually I don't like to wake up, but this feeling goes away after a half an hour or maximum an hour. But this depends what I am doing after getting up. If I have to go to the University and have to listen what teachers have to say and write it down, then I will feel very tired and like crap. But if it's a free day, and I can do what I want, then it is cool and I feel good. When I was younger I haven't had any problems waking up and always felt good, even in the first minutes after I waked up. But now I don't really feel that good anymore, I just love to stay in bed and sleeping lots of hours.

I always envy those people that spring out of bed with loads of energy. Sounds like you need my healthy coffee. If interested check my website, you can sell it to your university friends and make lots of money for yourself.

When I wake up, I literally fight myself to get out of bed. It's kinda bad, really; to the point that I set my school alarm for 7, when I don't have to be there until 9. Sometimes, I feel ultra tired, and other times I feel sick to my stomach. I don't even want to think about how many days of school I've missed in the last month because of it.

I can't imagine going to school and being so tired like that. I did do it for years myself but I can barely remember it. Are you going to sleep early enough?

I wake up with an aching back each morning. Have a disk problem and sleeping seems to make the pain worse. When I am able to walk down the steps, takes awhile, I'll make coffee first and then come back to the computer room and try to stretch. I did lots of lifting yesterday, chasing our grandbaby and know that's something I shouldn't do. Generally the pain gets better as the day moves on but if not, Advils help. It's not a cure since there is no cure for my problem so I pretty much learn to deal with it. I refuse to stay in bed all day. Arthritis has invaded my spine also. With the combination of the disks hurting and atrhritis I have a very slow start in the morning.

Oh man that sounds painful and very uncomfortable. I have fybro myalgia so my muscles are often hurting. I can't imagine having those problems you have with my spine. If I had a wish I would wish all deceases/illnesses would never be in existance. Hugs to you!

Hi. CoffeeAnyone. When I wake up in the mornings, I am usually still tired. Sometimes, my three year old daughter will wake me up out of my sleep. I am still sleepy then. This morning, I woke up feeling okay. I had most of my sleep during the evening time. And this morning, I am feeling less tired.

I have had sleeping problems my entire life. I always wake up more tired then when I went to sleep. Now I drink my heathly coffee infused with Ganoderma the number one herb in the world and that is not a problem anymore. I still wake up with my fybro myalgia sometimes but not being tired sure makes a difference for me. I feel like I actually have a life now.

When I wake up I am crappy! I putz around during stuff like checking my e-mail and eating breakfast. There are some days I wake up with a headache and have to drag myself out of bed! Then there are just days I don't want to do anything and just lay around the apartemnt! Those days I have to really make myself move and get out of bed! I am not a morning person!

Sounds exactly like the way I have lived my life for all of my life. I drnk coffee now infused with Ganoderma. It is changing my life and that is why I am promoting it and selling. Who would ever think that I could wake up in the morning; have my coffee check my emails and such then feel like doing house work or going for a walk or doing anything. Oh I can't say I am high energy but wanting to function is a miracle for me.

I always feel good in morning. But I have a bad habit to waking up late always in the morning. But when I wake up in the morning then I feel very fresh. And I always try to feel very good every morning. Because I think if your morning will be good then your day also going good.

I feel groggy and I'd want to go back to bed. I'd roll over a few times and put the alarm on snooze a couple of times before I get out of bed. Although there are times that I just instantly get out of bed and look forward for the day ahead and that onlt happens if there really is something to look forward to, like beach outing or something.

I am curious; are you the type of person that goes to bed fairly early to get at least 8 hrs of sleep? It seems to me that most people who go to bed early and not stay up late get good sleep and feel better the next day.

Everytime I wake in the morning I feel so exhausted and I don't know why. I really wanted to sleep more but I cannot because I have to go to work. Actually I cannot recall when was the last time I had a quality sleep. Often times my cellphone wouuld snooze and they I check the time, turn the alarm off and sleep again. But after 5 minutes of extending my sleep I experience headache. Because of that I'm forced to get up.

Since I go to sleep very late everyday, so I feel very sleepy when my alarm clock wakes me up. I feel like sleeping again but I have to get up and get dressed. Then I will go to wash my face and brush the teeth. After that, I will have the breakfast and then go to work. I love China

Dear friend, If I get a better sleep it is well and good. Moreover if the day is to have full of works I would be bit hurry. Most days if have a good sleep during that night my refreshment would also be good.

Hi, Every morning when I wake up, I feel fresh and it is time to start another new day. I have to get back to my daily routine and time flies very fast...before I can sit down and rest, my son has come back home and I will be busy again till he took his nap. If I still feel tired and moody after a whole night sleep, it means something is not doing right in my body. I should be fall sick soon. Or else, I always feel energetic after recharging for one night.

You have the energy to be busy and get all your work done that is great. I use to be so tired I couldn't get my daily chores done. Now I am much better.

When I sleep early, I wake up with energy and can start directly the morning chores with a cup of coffee but when I sleep late, I wake up tired and can't move. So I need to stretch out my body to gain energy so that I can start my day.

I agree staying up late is not a good idea. For me I never felt rested no matter if I went to bed early or late. My new healthy coffee helps me to feel tired early at night to go to bed and more rested in the morning. So I am getting much better.

how do i feel is depend on what i do at night before going to sleep. if i sleep earlier and i was in a very good condition physically and mentally, i usually wake up earlier in the morning and i feel refreshed. but when at night i was too much burden and many things i think about, my sleep would not be maximum and it affects me a lot when i woke up. i feel like i do not want to do any activities except sleeping...so to me, mental condition before going to sleep is important factor to determine what i feel in the morning

Every one is different. It is nice that you do feel rested and energized in the morning if you do get a good sleep. It makes sense you don't feel so good when you have so much on your mind not letting you get that deep sleep.
