Relax. You're making things worse by opening topics like this. Everytime discussions of you are deleted you run the risk of losing reputation points, can't remember the correct term but it's the star you'll get after 100 points. It influences your earnings.

MyLot is a friendly site (and so are the Admins). You don't get 'bad marks' for making an occasional mistake ... and nor do you need to make a big fuss about apologising! Just a private 'Oops! ... OK, won't do THAT again!' is all that's generally needed. 
We have all made mistakes when we started and most of us have learned by them. MyLot want this to be a site where DISCUSSIONS take place. The Guidelines try to define the kind of thing that isn't a topic that's likely to make a quality discussion but you have to remember that it's not a set of rules but more examples.
Once you get your head round what 'good quality' in a discussion is as a whole, you will understand where the Guidelines are coming from. I have to say that MOST of the discussions you have started seem to be good topics. It was only the one (now deleted) that was not ... so just say 'Oops!' and carry on!
