How can a person who cheats others be happy?

Hi all,
It has been a long time that i made any new discussions, today when i was just thinking to make a new discussion, got this to mind, why do some people cheat others?
Don't their conscious tell them that whatever they are doing is wrong? whether it is online or offline, people cheating for money these days has become quite common. They go to such an extent that they don't even spare telling about their parents too just for the sake of money. Not just this, there are also sites that give us false promises, once we pay them, either the site turns out to be a scam or problem opening the site. hmm... am tired of these things in life. Is there really such a necessity to cheat others and live on others money? living with hard earned money makes a person so happy right, do these cheaters really get happiness? friends, any ideas? :)

People have tendency to change, they have different perspective of life, they have been groomed differently, their living style, preferences are different. Therefore, it might not hurt somebody's conscience to cheat others. I have seen people who are actually fond of cheating others and they regard this highly. It is no surprise that they gradually start fading away from vicinity because most of people in the locality will start ignoring these cheaters and would be careful not to give anything free.
I think these types of people don't have any conscience or they don't listen to it.

what you said is true, but then don't these people have a thought that whatever they are doing causes them sin and they will be punished in the future? something which really pains me is when relatives and friends, whom i know very well try to cheat me or others. Living a nice life given by god and leading it in that way is really so bad according to me.

all cheating persons will be a stone hearted person too.. they wont think about others mindset. usually they are selfish . but they will come to know one day their mistakes. on tat day they will apologise for their mistakes..
but there are few persons who becomes cheater due to their, economic, financial,situations.. we wont blame those cheaters...

A person who will cheat others does not truly find happiness in their lives. They have a false belief that they do. When you take from others, it takes a piece of you as well. How can there be any happiness in that? @pretty_lexie (74)

i just got a little confuse with your post i thought you were pertaining to cheating in relationships but you were talking bout cheating in general.in any form cheating is not good specially if your cheating a person just to get money, some cheaters might think its the easy way of having money but getting other persons hard earned money is not good & karma will definitely come their way.

i've always say misery needs company.
i'm sure a lot of us heard this statement.
but how can a person who cheats others be happy?

Some people just don't have conscience that they cheated others just to get some money.They don't value the word honesty on their lives and I pity them because these people won't be going to sleep with clear conscience on their minds.And I also believe in the word "KARMA" what goes around comes around and what goes up must come down.Someone from UP their is making a tally of the wrong doings that we are making here on earth.Shame on them!!!

Well i think people cheat for several reasons.In terms of money, financial instability might be the reason for doing such acts or worst just for the sake of fooling others to get what they want.Cheaters can attain happiness but not for a long time. Their conscience surely tells them what they are doing is wrong,but when problems arise,i guess people just think of basic instincts in order for them to survive and not think if getting it is legitimate or not.
