US Chamber of Commerce Guilty - Now prove you are innocent

It seems that the Obama Administration now say that a person or group is guilty and must prove they are not guilty. This is fine if you are in a dictatorship but not if you live in a country of laws. If you make a charge then prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.
We now have a group that wants full disclosure even when it is not required by law, yet they did not fully disclose information that traditionally has been disclose by candidates running for office. Such things as education records, writing and articles published, full medical records, legislative writings etc, this administration choose not to disclose this information, which was their legal right. Senator McCain discussed the names of his donors that gave $200 or less and President Obama decided not to release the names of his donors and could not explain how a woman could give over $100,000 in $200 increments and yet she knew nothing about the donations and denied making the donation. Mr President full disclosure goes both ways.

I really am not understanding these type of tactics. I get the dirty politics, the personal attacks, and the digging into the past. What I don't get is how the President could make such baseless accusations without double checking the facts. It goes against the basic principles of our rules of laws. He is going to get criticized by both sides for such comments or at least he should.

They most certainly seem to be. Have to wonder if fear is also playing a factor.

I want to make a point here, I totally agree with you that everyone is innocent until proven guilty and that does include the US Chamber of Commerce. Until there is sufficient evidence no one should be running around saying saying that they are funding elections with foreign money. Here is my point remember all the accusation towards the construction of the ground zero mosque was being funded by groups that fund terrorist groups. No evidence for this accusation yet a bunch of people ran with the story.

This is a really odd position for 0bama to be taking considering the thins that he has been hiding... including concealing not only his school and birth records, but also his campaign donors.
This whole thing goes back to the Supreme court overturning the democrats ban on corporations freedom of speech. 0bama has been mad about that ever since it happened. He and the democrats do not believe in equal rights for business, nor do they want opposing ideas heard. They only want the things they believe in to be given a voice, and want to silence those who oppose them... like the Chamber of Commerce.
When they don't have truth, the democrats are happy to use smears, lies, and innuendo against their opponents... and the democrats very rarely have any facts or truth to work with.
