My neighbors from Hell have finally moved out!

Oh, I am so happy tonight. The neighbors from Hell have finally moved out of my neighborhood. These people were annoying, they disobeyed the community rules several times, and it is as if their mission in life was anger their neighbors. Okay, they had this truck, this big huge moving truck, that they would always park in front of my house. When I would ask them to move it, they would give me an attitude. This big trucks ties into them using their garage as a warehouse, that could catch on fire if the wrong person was standing next to it, and their were several cockroaches and bugs coming from their garage. It was bad. They had these barking dogs. These dogs would bark almost all of the time. They also had a dog that would poop in my yard. The son of the couple who lived their was a royal jerk. He thought that he knew everything and that he and his family ruled the place. This family thought that they could get away with anything and that they were above the rules. Little do they know that there was something terrible that happened in that house 18 years ago. I have been living in this place for 23 years, this family had only lived there less than a year. About 18 years ago, there was a man, who sadly had HIV/AIDS, and this man died in their living room and his death was very tragic, so tragic that others who lived there said his ghost was haunting the house. This man was also my friends uncle, and according to my friend, he was a very nice guy, but his disease was killing his quickly. Well, late at night sometimes, and even during parts of the day, you get a very eerie feeling from that house. Anyway, this family would do whatever they pleased and didn't care what people said. There are signs on the streets saying "No cars and trucks parked on the street". There is also a noise ordinance. They didn't follow those rules either. I have had bad neighbors before, and these people certainly ranked up there with them. Why can't I just have neighbors who get it? Why can't I just have neighbors who don't have baggage or who are respectful? Has anyone here had neighbors that they wish would leave? Or, does anyone here currently have neighbors that they wish would leave?
