I have one Gmail and one yahoo mail id, which I am not using any more. Whenever I check I see lot of spam mails there. I want to delete these mail ids,
IS THERE ANY OPTION TO DO THIS?
Second, in the Gmail and yahoo mail id, I use , I had created several folders to keep mails, classifying as 'useful', 'important', 'from friends', after sorting out the mails received. I want to delete some of these. I have tried but can’t do. CAN SOMEBODY GUIDE ME?
How many and which email id you use. I use Gmail, yahoo mail and rediffmail.
Thanks in advance

                     Hello my friend Professor2010 Ji,
I too have in similar way. Sometime back I had some problem with yahoo, I made use of 'Help' and my problem was solved. I too have some folders in yahoo, and I use gmail basically only for myLot purpose where I get all those Alerts and I carry on myLotting. I think, once you select any of the mails in any of the folders, on eshould be able to delete them I have done once. Please try.
May God bless You and have a great time.

                             Hello my friend Professor2010 Ji,
Well, please go to 'contacts' window and you will find lot of options, but what I have found in yahoo, it deletes permanently from your contacts list. next time I delete a contact, I will come back step by step in chron;logical order. Take care.
May God bless You and have a great time.

I can say in gmail, you will find a link 'manage label' near the bottom of the left sidebar, mostly likely below all labels. Hit that to edit/ delete existing folders. Not quite sure about Yahoo! Lol!
