I wera glases.I have short sight with two eyes different sight.OPne eye is -1 and the other is -1.5.

I have had corrected vision since the second grade (32 years). I always wore contact lenses, but in the last year they have started to bother me so now I wear my glasses all of the time - old four eyes!

Yes, I wear glasses and contacts. It doesn't really matter sometimes how good you take care of your eyes because alot of people that have bad eyesight have it because it's genetic.

Looking at green does help.
Greenery helps to relieve your tired eyes.
And they are more soothing to the eyes.
Do you see a lot of farmers wearing glasses compare to the city people.
Try it next time, when your eyes are tired, look at green for a few minute.

Yes, the number is -0.5. It is very minute. I wish I will remove them in next few months.

Well I were an eye glasses with a grade of course.. and so a sun glasses whenever i go out but still it has grades on them... I find difficulty travelling with my lenses.
