Ever conducted an interview?

Have you ever walked up to another person, friend or stranger, and started to ask them a series of questions? A relative just came over to my place, and began asking what I thought was a bunch of random questions. Then all of the sudden, they pull out a note pad and start jotting my answers down. I think this impromptu interview has something to do with this years Christmas shopping. Wish I was more prepared. I would have given a lot better answers to the final couple of questions.

Quite sneaky but in a great way I should say as the relative did not want you to be prepared but rather get you something perhaps they thought would be something, not that you wanted but things you may need. Good idea I might just start doing the same. I like it.

You didn't mention what kind of random questions your relative ask on you. So just about this years Christmas shopping, eh?.. It depends to the question or the topic if you are really should be prepared or not... After an impromptu interview... there's a thought to ponder of what is your best answer...

I done these thing when in prepare to job interviews. I note answers from different people. I asks several friends and not so close friends questions and it's a great help. I was able to picked some ideas from their answers. Most of all,it's fun to do impromptu interviews. I have fun as well as those people that i interviewed because they tried giving their best answers too.

I've done interview before in my previous jobs. I was HR Asst. and I conduct initial interview to applicants in a specific position. The first time I did an interview, I'm so nervous. I didn't know how to do it, I am not a graduate of Psychology but my superior pass on the job on me. Until I did it many times, I get used to it that sometimes I hate doing it over and over again specially when I am busy.
