How to link Smartmoney to Paypal account?

Hi guys i need help here. I have a paypal account and I want to link my smartmoney account. Can I do that? Thanks!

i don't know if you can because i guess that smartmoney is an ivesting site true?so normally paypal did not allow to link their account towards these kind of services..as forex,investing sites in general eeven hyip..so you can tak some info on smartmoney and if there is not the possibility means that paypal did not allow because they are a financial service..
