Yes cigg are harmful to your health and family, it is well known all over the world and there is no doubt in it. For quiting one thing is most important, your will. It is the only thing that can give you power to quit. Nothing else can be so effective than your will. You must have strong will to quiting. I ll quote one example, my uncle was chain smoker and he used to smoke more than what you mentioned. He used to go for morning walk. One day he was coming from low land to high land by foot, he felt that he is getting some sort of breath problem, he was smoking at that time too, then he thought that if a cigg can do this to him in a very young age then what he ll do in future, he throw the cigg with pack, and from that moment till now he even didnot touched the cigg, this is because he had good will and power to quite. For you, you can imagine that how beautiful is life, how beautiful is your family, you want to be with them, but your are reducing your natural life by your own will. Why you dont use this will to increase your life and to remain some more years with your family. Make promise with your self and just throw every pack... Just a little will from you.. just a little, it ll become strong, just your action is required, come on you can do it, come on throw every thing...

how smoking affects our bodies? when the smoke inhaled, he would circulate in the blood vessels. Because of its distinguished pathogenic (harmful) then it will erode the wall of blood vessel lining. and an unpleasant coincidence is the fact that the blood vessel walls are most susceptible to the dangers of smoking are the coronary arteries (the heart)

Quitting is not easy. You may have short-term effects such as weight gain, irritability and anxiety. Some people try several times before succeeding. There are many ways to quit smoking. Some people stop "cold turkey." Others benefit from step-by-step manuals, counseling or medicines or products that help reduce nicotine addiction. Your health care provider can help you find the best way for you to quit. Don't give up!

When you know that smoking is real bad to health.... Then it must not be a problem to stop smoking... Its just the matter of self control.... Try with the meditation and other yoga practices that originated in India... They help a lot in the construction of one's character.... Just set small small goals.... Like reducing by 25 percent for a week or so and then reducing it a little more.... And so on till you can stop smoking completely....

Well, if you want to quit smoking first you need to WANT to quit smoking. Most of smokers who say that they're going to quit say it half-heartedly, so of course they never last more than a few days. I know people who has said from one day to another "I'm gonna quit", and because they really meant it, they didn't smoke anymore. I find that really great So if you want to quit too, make up your mind and don't quit halfway!

they say that once you started it, you cant stop. some find it really hard to quit smoking due to becoming it as a hobby. my boyfriend used to smoke a lot before but as time passes, he tries to limit it. now, he just smoke whenever he eats a lot and when we fight:)
