I think this is true. But it has different affects depending on how you feel. When love gives me a great feeling, my performance at work are even greater. When it gives a bad feeling, my work is my tool to keep me busy and forget about the bad feeling. On both ways, I make sure that the affects to my work is something positive.

Love can either make your life a living heaven or hell depends on how you make your relationship goes. If you're introvert and your love one is extrovert, it's highly likely your relationship going to be an interesting and a hell one. I've seen a lot of couple in this manner and most of the time last long. A hell and last long relationship. Which you prefer?

as it is said, love is many splendored thing. it is true that love affects a great deal of our lives. the kind of effect it has on our lives depends on the kind of love we have. if we have a secure love, a love that is requited, then we can source inspiration from that love. on the other hand, if we have insecure love, then we will get the worse effects of love in our lives. we will be jealous and restless of the thought that our partner may do this and that. for me, love inspires and motivates me to do well.

yeah it affected my first job. i tried to balance my time for my bf and work but i always got absent and late. it seems we dont have enough time for each other. i was always paranoid that he might turn his attention to another chick if i dont spend time with him. so i always feel drowsy at work and when i got off from work i go right away to see him in my white uniform and i have the stinky smell of the medicines that i administered in the hospital.
