I personally use mylot, Globalearntalk (3$ minimum payout), Myhyip forum [0.01$-0.03$/post/ 5$ minimum payout) and Hyrextalk. I think best of those is Hyrextalk, they pay 0.03$ - 0.04$ per post in many categories. And 0.05$ for new threads. There is also very much active members responding to the threads so there are plenty of threads where to answer. They pay by Paypal, Alertpay and Liberty reserve. Minimum payout is only 4$ for LR and AP and 6$ for Paypal. So it's very easy to reach the minimum payout limit. I recommend Hyrextalk for active and lazy forum users/posters. I have now earned 0.60$ in day at Hyrextalk.
