Have you noticed that everything you eat has a little High fructose syrup in it?

Not every thing we eat, only the sweet items like candy, chocolates , our indian sweets have cane-sugar, i mean sucrose in them, the jelly, fruit juice have fructose, it is better to take small quantities of the stuff..
