Is Indonesia a safe place to travel to?

Indonesia seems to be a very unpleasant place to live in. It seems to be a place rampant with natural disasters particularly earthquakes and tsunamis. So is it a safe place to travel?

Indonesia is a safe place to travel to, don't worry about that. Indonesia has a lot of places you can visit, for instance the capital Jakarta, and a lot of beautiful, and good beaches.

So can you suggest me where is the safest place to travel? Nowhere. Earthquake, flood, fire, eruption, land collision, etc, can happen anywhere. Indonesia is still pleasant to visit, since not all place here suffer from disasters. Especially natural disasters, who can predict or stop that? Even tsunami, still no modern technology can predict it clearly. Just be free to visit Indonesia. Because I believe, there is no place in earth that is always free from disasters.

Nobody can predict the natural disasters and it can happen anywhere in our planet. Indonesia is a beautiful country with many beautiful beaches, I am eager to go there for a travel one day. I am not afraid of the natrual disasters. I am much more concerned about the social security. I love China

I myself do not know much about safety when it comes to traveling overseas because I have never been over seas but I did find a site that may be helpful to you. http://smartraveller.gov.au/zw-cgi/view/Advice/Indonesia
