Hello everyone. Okay, i want men and women to tell me what they think about this. I know a lot of women love this huge funky looking wedding rings. I mean, most of them are so big, you can really hurt someone with that thing, you know. You can either throw someone to death with it or if you hit someone that will truelly hurt. No problem liking the big one's, each of us have our own tastes. But now, how many of you want big rings, have big rings or just dream about that big ring? I have seen men with just as big and solid rings. Do you prefer something small and light or BBIIGG!!. For me personally, small as it really is not that important to me. It's the thought that counts and why i get that ring. Now share that big ring stories of yours. TATA.

Okay. I know I shouldn't be eavesdropping into this discussion. But I just couldn't help. There are things in a girl that I want to be big, and there are things that I want to be small. But a ring is not one of them. Go ahead, you can guess the rest.

Biswa. You want a girl with a big heart and a small butt. Rings don't impress you and never will. You are the kind who believe in love, not materialistic things. TATA.

Now I would kindly and honestly ask you where did you get this idea? From my ring? Okay, I have mine, not that big really... it is a cross sign, but to link with idea of hurting, of course not, I was even shocked upon reading this one. Rings are not for hurting purposes, it has a deep meaning in it... me? I am not into wearing ring for fashion, etc... I wear it for a nice purpose, mine, it symbolize my faith... How are you today? I hope you will be talkative again.

Hmmmmm, Okay no problem here my B... so you really love to listen to radio right? What I love on radio is music, I love country songs... and I have to see what on youtube for my favorite singers and you know that. If you don't want rings, then I don't want you to have one, hehehehe, of course, you should have a nice one for an engagement, or wedding, what do you think?

Hello prime. As you ask so nicely. They wanted to know here on the radio why most women want such big rings. So i decided to ask the mylotters. I don't like rings, won't wear them. It has no meaning to me at all. Yours i actually forgot about. Thanx. TATA.

Hi saphrina, what is the big thing in selecting of wedding rings. Whether it is big ring or small ring the value and the purpose is for good. So i feel whatever the size may be we have to respect the wedding and person is more important. Of course some people are very choose to select their rings. Have a nice day.

You have whatever you like darling. I am sure they will look lovely. I always thought ancient Egyptian jewellery to be elegant. Though ostentatious. There are a lot of large words crammed into the little grey cells, buffeting with facts that are largely irrelevant nowadays. With nobody to speak to from 22:00 to 07:00 on a regular basis now, I might soon need elocution lessons too!

should look at the size of the user. If she is XXL, a smaller one will get swallowed up and does not compliment well.

Hi saphy~ I have a few ring stories. Personally, I would want a big blingy diamond to blind everyone! Nope, not really! It would be big, but not that big!lol The first time I was supposed to be getting engaged (and I knew I wasn't ready to marry the azzhole) when I was trying on the engagement rings I bolted out of the jewelry store! True story! It wasn't going to be anything big, believe me! And I never ended up getting either of those "important" rings to this day, because it just didn't work out that way for me. I chose not to marry, only "almost" a few times. And now even though I am with "my man", living with for 3 years, I will never get "those rings". I no longer care about them. And as you have said, it's the meaning behind the rings that mean the most and I do hope that you get what you want one day~Hugs, Opal

Hi sweetie. So, let me get this straight here. You made sure to get out of that store as quick as possible? Very wise decision. Kidding. Imagine getting that BIG BLINGIE THING which meant nothing. Gald you are happy as things are now. Thanx. TATA.

Hi Saphy - first and foremost, you do need to tell me from where you and gabs are buying common sense? Second thing - I think large rings are obnoxious. They look odd - as if the hand had suddenly developed a canchre or tumor that was bursting and needed to be operated upon. The other disadvantages of large rings as far as I am concerned, a. They would obstruct my natural functions, we Indians tend to use hands a lot you know; b. They would hurt some soft skinned baby I would desperately want to hold; c. They would get lost easily, as I would frequently remove it and forget where I kept it; d. Some thief might decide its his lucky day and hold me for ransom. e. After I lose the ring, I wouldn't be able to disclose the value to police authorities as half such rings in my country are bought with black money. So I would be forced to absorb the loss, unless I wanted to end up in prison, and do some laborious chores. And lastly I have very small hands with fingers that look long. A large ring would mar the beauty of my hands. No way.

my now hubby had it in his mind that I wanted a huge ring. we went out shopping, and I tried on several of the big clunky things. I managed to scratch myself and him within a few seconds of wearing the ones that he liked the most. I pointed out some of the ones that I liked, and he went from there. I ended up with a 1/2carat central princess cut diamond with four channeled diamonds on either side. My wedding band is just a plain band. He is talking about getting an anniversary band for me in a few years. It would be a platinum band with channeled diamonds in it.

you are wrong saphrina, not all women love huge funky ring.my wife for example does not like huge ring, she likes just a small ring with a tiny stone.but she mostly likes simple ring with no stone, she could wear this type of ring everyday. as for me i had this ring with jade stone on it.its look huge but still i wear it sometimes because it is a present from someone i respect.

Hello saphrina, Well, I like small rings definitely coz my fingers are small and i love wearing it most of the time. I feel relieve watching my hands with the ring on it even though how my hands turn ugly in time. Its the memories of the ring that keep it stays in our finger. But sad to say i don't have a wedding ring on my finger.

Awe there's so many people who don't like jewelry. I really really like to wear jewelry, hmmmm now specifically rings, i like to wear small silver-toned ones, usually two or three per hand. Sometimes I like to switch things up and change which fingers I wear them on. If I decide to wear one on my thumb, I prefer a really big ring for my thumbs, it just makes it pop I guess. Now eventually IF I were to sometime get a wedding ring, I'd want a huge one xD ya know, to show off, mann I sound snobby with that last statement, but oh wells, yes, small normal rings, and huge wedding ring :)

Rings is something I have in large quantities. Shapes, sizes and styles.. I can't help ti I have the perks still... LOL.. Anyways I do enjoy my rings and love to coordinate them with my outfits. As for my boyfriend ever giving me a ring. HA! Who knows we do never speak of this, although he is a wonderful man.. We simply do not talk about the Marriage and or engagement area. I suppose someday I would be happy even with a small one. I would not mind being engaged just to step it up, I guess but marriage is not something I think about as we both he and I have done that been there before.

Personally, I reeeaaalllly hate big rings! Well, no offend to those who like it. The main reason why I hate big rings is because I got a very small hand. If I were big rings, the rings would overpower my hand. I just want a ring that's just the right size. And another thing, I don't like wearing rings that got big stones that are "floating" over it. You know, it's kind of like "not a part of my body". I just don't feel comfortable. So, I just want a little flat ring. Since what we're mostly talking about here are wedding rings, it's kind of usual to have those kind of rings where you have a piece of precious stone over it, and they think the better stone the better. I don't know. My mom got a ring with a stone over it and I really don't like it. Still, I think wearing rings depends on one who is going to wear it. If the person fits well with big ones, then go for it. But for those who got tiny little fingers like me, go for the small ones.

Hi sweetie. I have small hands, but still don't like rings. I normally wore one on my thumb, but that started to irritate me. Now i go without. As for wedding rings, the ones i saw that people wear, really if you accidently hit someone with that, you will most probably kill that person. or just throw him that will knock him down. But as you have said, it looks good on some and not on others. I think all of us with small hands should rather get the smallest there is then. Thanx. TATA.
