I am originally from the cold northern state of Montana in the good (at least at one time) old USA (not really that old). I have been living the past 10 years in Mexico where the climate is a bit warmer. Because of the growing all most over whelming violence and corrupt police (and a few person factors) I thinking moving back to the USA. What do you think about where you are from, where live now and where you may want to go?

I was born in Norfolk (England) and moved to Devon at the age of 1 and I have never lived anywhere else since, even though I have moved several times but all within a few miles of each other. I'm pretty happy about where I live, its quite a pretty coastal area with low levels of crime and unemployment so that's pretty good. England as a whole, is a pretty good place to live I guess, I mean I've never heard anything more hilarious and witty than good old british humour. So yeah, pretty happy with where I live now but I personally would like to experience living in the city (possibly London).

I'm from Montana but moved away for the climate. I don't like snow and cold. I like where I'm at now, which is much warmer with a lot more to do and see. I want to eventually travel throughout the U.S. because I want to see all fifty states before I die.

Hola Brown Eyed Girl, WOW! I bet to meet another Montanian on the lot, what a surprise. A minority we are for sure. Sounds like a good goal easily obtainable if you can live long enough? What state do now live in? Hope to see again here on the Lot! Take care & please reply again!

Don't come back to the USA. It's going to heck faster than you can blink your eye. Maybe you can find a better town in Mexico to live if you are unhappy where you are. I've read about how nice central America is, maybe you could just move further south. But don't come back here, I know too many people trying to find a way to get out. You've already done that, why come back?

I'm from the Philippines... a country with 7100 islands, littered with white sand beach, surf spots and I am loving it! Can't ask for more!

I was born in Kent a county in the south east of England. That county is known as the garden of England. In the summer it was lovely visiting the beaches on three sides: to the north, to the east and to the south. Going west was interesting shopping and sightseeing in London and journey of just one and a half hours. When I was 33 years old I moved to Somerset a county in the south west of England. There isn't such great shopping here and going to London isn't very possible because of the cost and distance. I love traveling overseas and Bristol Airport handles flights within Europe. I have to travel all the way to one of the London Airports to fly off to long haul destinations.

Godloves- I was born in Great Falls, Montana and spent my first five years in Helena. I've lived in Nebraska, Wisconsin, and Illinois as a kid because of my father's job. As an adult I've lived in Mississippi, Texas, a brief return to Illinois, Arizona, and now I live in Minnesota. My dream would be to visit all of the United States. So far including those states I've lived in I have also visited Michigan, Indiana, Virginia, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, New Mexico, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Iowa, and Colorado. I think though if I had to pick a place to live I would be hard pressed to say I'd want to stay in the United States. I like it here but I have this longing to live over seas. My husband is Norweigian/German and he's lived in Germany before and would love to return. He'd also like to live in Norway and I'm all for it. For now, I'll settle for Minnesota as it has a lot to offer. Namaste-Anora

I've always lived in the US. But I grew up in the southern parts and then moved north to Chicago. If I could move anywhere I think I would go back to chicago. I liked it there and had to leave for some personal reasons. But if I could choose, that's where I would want to live.

Right now I live in Denmark, more precisely Assens, which is a town on the westcoast of the island Funen. I have lived here for 16 years. When I get older I want to move to a bigger city, for instance Aarhus or Copenhagen, but I also want to move out of Denmark one time. I think it could be nice to move to Germany, because I really want to learn the language.

I live in London (or Landan)and have lived there all my life. Its a wonderful city, bustling and diverse. Some say that with immigration it has lost some of its identity or 'britishness' but I love mixing and meeting with people from different cultures and countries. I also love what an old city it is, and I love the architecture. It's weird to think that there were cathedrals in London before the USA was even founded!
