cet1987 Hi binx87, I have lost 10kg in a month without using any fat burner product. What I did is just 5 minutes sit-up everyday and 20 minutes slow running. I have no diet routine, but I drink warm water after eat.

cet1987 Hello, Usually I could read for around two hours on average. But sometimes I spend more than six hours to read books. I prefer to read printed text rather from reading e-books. I also spent around 100 dollars per month for books.
