Dreams that just f you up for the rest of the day ???

Last night I had a pretty screwy dream and I was paranoid the whole night. I dreamt that demons were everywhere I went and they were controlling me. Also, I had to kill my puppy with my own hands because he was actually attacking me and biting chunks off me .. did u have any such experiences ???
