If you could turn back time?

I think about a lot of things lately and one of these things is that I feel like I have wasted a lot of my time on things I shouldn't be doing. Instead of being concentrated on my goal I was doing other things which were not important. And now I feel like my time is passing away and it is too late to start doing what my heart always wanted to do. If I could turn back time, I would believe in myself more and act without hesitation. What about you? Is there something you would like to change in your life?

There are a lot of things I want to change in my life. Of cours if I had only known back when I was younger, I would have done a few different things to make me better prepared for times like now. But... I'm already dealt the hand I have. So there is nothing I could do but accept it and strive to make it better.

If I could turn back time, I would go back to when I was 15 years old and change myself. Think more about myself and what I want and put my foot down and do what I wanted and not what others want or expect of me. I might have been a lot more happier if I could do that.

well... Everybody think of their past and so one history writter has said that we all like history in some way... And if we go to history ...it can't be possible that we wont think of editing or modifying it... So turning back in time always fascinate us in many way like editing, modifying or deleting some moments or even enjoying some moments again... but in real its not possible so ...let me stop here describing about that hope which can't be true ever... Thanks...

If I could turn back time, I would want to change my life as myself, become a better person and to change the way I study and be more aware of the surroundings, be more observant. But I know this is not possible. Perhaps I still have time to change.

If only i could turn back time i want to be more wise in making decision, i shouldn't let my parents decide what course should i take. I Regret those moment i shifted to another course which i am not happy. Now, i envy my classmates who are very successful with their chosen career. I've been living now with "what if". If only i could turn back time i wish i never met them. If only i could...

the time is elasped and unable to take back again. if it is take back again, the people able to live forever. But in the future, maybe scientist can invent a strange machine which can prolong ages of people. for you, if you feel waste a lot of time on things you have done in last time then from now on, you should focus on your work and take advantages of your precious time to do the useful works.

There are plenty of things I would like to change, but since I don't have the motivation to make the effort to change them, it must mean that I am happy with the way things are. Fact is... it is never too late to change. And since you feel that you have wasted some of your time, don't waste more time on regrets. I never regret anything. I just move on. You have to accept who you are. Most people don't have enough confidence to go after things. You are not alone. And a lot of people who act without hesitation end up making a lot of mistakes. You need to find the right balance between the two. Learning about the things you want to do prior of doing them will give you the confidence to do them.

It's good that you thought of this because you're young enough for it to make a difference--you can still achieve your goals! I'm 56 and although I can't say much of my life has been wasted in the past 25 years I would have liked to finish college--I did not have the discipline or realistic goals back then. However, I would not turn back time because if I changed anything in my past I might not have my two wonderful sons. Now that you've realized your mistake you can take action. Good luck!

hi soleya thats our woulda , coulga, shoulda talking, but just get past that and start telling yourself I can do it and I will do it, and its not to late at all. Ihave felt likeyou and it sort of stops you from even trying so you must get past what you would have done or should have done and instead think of what I could do today to reach my goarl.it is never too late to start. I wish I had gone for the degree I really needed but as I am 84 its a bit late but I am going to wo rk that book now any way. I have a degree in e nglish a BA so mayber it will help me in writing that autobiography of mine now. It is not too late for that or for you to reach your goal either.

We do have thoughts about turning back time. I also agree to a point that I wanted a rewind. I wish I should have married at an earlier age to have babies. I am still waiting to have one but you know as a woman age, it is her biological clock that also ticks and also hubbys time. I also should have focus on my career as a programmer but I guess if I have pursued that, I might end up meeting somebody but not my hubby which I still thanked God for because I know theres a purpose on why the things I wanted end up of not yet getting it. But I don't regret what I have today. I am still thankful for all that I have accomplished.

Do you know that song of Cher? If i could turn back time ... if i could find a way ... It's amazing song and i think you must hear it, to feel what a feel when i listen her singing right that. That song brings to me so much enthusiasm, that i feel like i can fly or something, which usually is impossible. There is nothing i sorry about. There is nothing i want to turn back because. I live my life with pleasure. And you have to know, it's not too late for nothing. Be a strong girl and walk step by step to your wishes and dreams.

Personally, I haven't even think about turning back time in my life. :) But well.. If I imagine something in my mind, I would like my relationship with my lovely girl I have going better I guess. And, I also would like to be diligent on my study and work. If I turn back time huh? It's nice to imagine something like that ^_^

We all would have thoughts like that every once in a while, even those who are rich and already successful would have it with some mistakes that they have made yet, we all know that we really can't do anything about things that have already occurred. We can just prepare ourselves with such situations if ever similar events would happen later on in our lives. My thoughts on changing some actions in my certain situations would often cross my mind. I should have done this or I shouldn't have done that yet, those things wouldn't really change the way I am today. They would only alleviate the feeling of guilt or regret yet, as time passes, I just move on and hopefully next time, I wouldn't do the same mistakes that I did earlier.

If anyone should feel this way it is me as I spent nearly 20 years of my life on Heroin and did many things I wished I hadn't done. I began to try and stay off of it about 5 to 6 years ago only managing to cut down and use just once a week. My body no longer craved for it but my mind just wouldn't stop. Then 2 years ago I got a chest infection and ended up on a life support machine, which kept me in hospital for three weeks in intensaive care. When I came out of hospital I discovered my mind had stop craving for Heroin. The only trouble is that I am now unwell and have to take medication daily to help me breath. If there is one thing I have learnt in life that is we have to take what comes and make the best of it but I like you sit and wish "if only" many times.

If I could turn back time, there are a lot of things that I would change. first of all getting motivated and doing what I set out to do would be number one. Secondly, I would be try to become friendlier with some of my acquaintances because they probably could have ended up as a really great friend. I am always doing the whatever I want to do, I will do it type thinking. I never really set goals, I just think the world evolves around me and I have been learning the hard way that it does not evolve solely around me.

Yes. Sometimes I feel like I could have been better. I mean I could have been somebody else only if I worked harder and focused in my studies rather than hovered with my boyfriend around. On the other hand, I could not be what I am now which I am also proud about.
