Comedies aren't what they used to be but I actually like "Raising Hope" which is a US import of course. So, all the Yanks out there..did you like it too? And don't tell me what happens 'cos we've only seen two of them up to now. Ta!

I am totally in love with this show. I missed the first couple of episodes, so I caught up on hulu.com. After that I watched it every week. I keep telling my family to watch it because it is so funny. And it's hard to believe Martha Plimpton (Virginia) was in the movie The Goonies. She has aged well.

In trying to get my family to watch the show, I told my dad how politically incorrect it was. He loves shows that thumb their nose at poltically correct dialogue and situations.

It's refreshing to come across a show like "Raising Hope" as I'd lost all hope of ever watching something that was so politically incorrect ever again! The young father in it is really good isn't he? Plus his dysfunctional parents. The baby's rather cute as well!

Ever since "Cheers" went away, I've stopped watching so-called comedies. The new ones just aren't that funny. I do watch "Glee", but this year seems to be not as good as last year, the first year. I'll check out "Raising Hope" and let you know...

That's what I like about Raising Hope. They say and do things that are completely politically INcorrect. And I love that.

Hello! I don't normally like babies that much (especially on telly) but this little girl is so cute and the comedy is actually..well..funny, which makes a change these days of banal programmes that don't make us laugh anymore!
