Why No major colors?

All most all pens comes in the writing color of blue, black, red. Blue remains the top writing color among the available color. How does the blue color became the preferred color throughout the world. Why doesn't the pens comes in other writing colors?

BLUE usually royal blue, black and red arethe most popular colors, there is green too, some are glittering colors too.
my favorite id royal blue, but i use black for signing cheques and documents, i use red and green for marking purpose mainly..

hi,krt,it's really a good discussion,all are using blue color,so we are also using..like that many people know.But the logic behind using blue color most of the people don't know,including ME..i am waiting anxiously to know the cause behind it...i hope somebody clear my doubt.All the best and have a nice time.
