if you are avoiding someone could mean you are avoiding facing an issue with this person...this is sometimes not good...for nothing is resolved, and the issue becomes more and more confusing the longer it is left not discussed. it is better in this situation to have a communication in a neutral environment with the intention to resolve and not harm...

I find for me very advantageous to avoid any negative personality type people, as it has a tendency to make me negative and I can't afford that for my health and personality as well.
