"We're eating more junk and getting less exercise"
According to WHO (World Health Organization) the rate of being Obese is getting higher. 4 out of 10 person are Obese. As how fastfood grows faster, our health is much closer into danger.
Do you believe on that? What's your opinion?
Thanks!
Good day!

Hello daiweian
You are right , the magazine is giving correct information on this global issue, lol, kids these days have little physical activity, they get up do home work given by teacher, go school by bus, in school they sit, come home by bus, watch tv etc, so no exercises of the limbs.. about food they eat chocolates, fast food etc etc
So lack of physical activity and fast food leads to obesity..we must stop giving fast food and make kids active..
Thank you so much for timely discussion.
Professor ‘Bhuwan’. .
God bless you.
Welcome always.

Yes its a good thing to teach our children what they must do. Giving them a task at home is a good help. So they are appointed and have an obligation in their young age. Teach them how to be independent and make them has a physical activities.
Fast food, our choice of food is also a reason why people are getting sick easily. We have now poor digestion and low immunity because we do not supply all the nutrition and vitamins that our body needs.
Good day!

This is easily believable with so many fast food restaurants, Nintendo, play station, hand held electronic games, lap tops, PC's, all this electronic equipment encourages more sitting than anything else. With all this in activity it's no wonder that we are seeing an increase in type 2 diabetes, and our children are getting heavier and heavier with each passing year.

yes, because of fastfood we eat more than our limitation (Woman: 1500 calories Men: 2000 calories). Our body are digesting food more than they can so what happen to us is we're getting heavier. Overweight, Obese is a result of eating lots of calories. We have to eat more natural than instant foods. So buy some fruits for snack and not those junk foods in the grocery. Its for your kids and family.
They must transfer that awareness to their friends and children in the future to live longer. And to prevent any illnesses.

i don't really think it can be blamed on fast food. people still have the free will to eat healthy if they choose or even cut back on what they eat. i make a habit of walking around the house and doing a little bit of chores before bed along with not eating for a while and it helps keep the weight off.

I will give you some example:
Your favorite Frappe 12oz
Lots of fats and sugar. Do you think that is a very good choice to eat?

You are right about that, I know that for a fact obesity is growing in most parts of our world we should eat properly to avoid ourselves going into that of obesity. No one is doing to us we do it so if we don't control our eating habits then I am afraid we going to go the wrong way.

Yes, based on a good nutrition and proper diet we must eat healthy foods. Like in the food pyramid. There's a limit in everything and we must eat different kinds of food. But unfortunately, because of the busy lifestyle and faster lifestyle most of us prefer to eat outside than to prepare our foods at home. So to preserve this volume of food in their storage they have to put some preservatives to prevent spoilage.
We have no choice but to avoid and refuse to eat outside. And sometimes if your in a hurry you dont have choice but to eat there.
That's why we're using Herbalife Fiber and herb for cleansing. To flush out all the toxins from the food we eat. It is like a toothbrush in our stomach. It helps to prevent colon cancer.

It is unfortunate, but true. We're getting more lazier, and if not lazier, we're doing tasks and/or jobs that require a lot of sitting and not enough physical labour. And in a stressful society, we have to rush out, grab a bite to eat at MacDonald's and rush back to our office. Then we get tired when we come home from work/school, and order out a pizza.
I know a lot of us don't do this EVERY DAY, but there's an increasing number of people that are.
To top this off, there's a Fat Acceptance movement, that celebrates the brave BBW's and BHM's that are out there, flaunting their fat. With this positive attitude towards obesity, there's an influx of "fat admirers" coming out of the closet, so to speak, leaving behind their thin-to-average significent others to hook up with a bigger person.
It's really sad, and I just wish we can all catch ourselves, go back to healthier ways (and I'm not talking about fad diets, either!) and back to jobs/tasks that require daily physical labour. It has worked for thousands of years, I don't see why it won't keep on working today.

That's the bad thing. Is that we're so lazy. We cant do all daily activities because like now were too busy in computer thing and instead of mailing we can now send our message thru email.
Yes according to WHO (World Health Organization) the rate of Obesity is increasing from 10 persons, 4-5 of them are overweight. This factor is one of the reason why we are prone in having a Heart disease, cancer and diabetes. In additional, this rate are based on the foodchain that very fast increasing in different places.
We still need to exercise at least 30 mins each day. But in nutrition its all about the food we eat.

Yes, I agree with you. Obesity is now one of the greatest health hazards faced by mankind. One of the reasons is, of course, consumption of too much fastfood. Another important cause is lack of physical labour and growing inclination to more and more mental labour. I think it is high time to be aware of it, otherwise it will play havoc on human civilization in the near future.

Yes we must be conscious on the food we are eating. Must be aware for those things that spreading on our world. Its a major problem of our government. In other-hand a good help for our economy.
So do exercise everyday at least 20-30 minutes. Watch the food that we are feeding to our children.
