How do you behave with your fellow colleagues, both superiors and juniors? Do you have a humble submission for superiors & an affectionate attitude for juniors?

I treat everybody equally, regardless of them being my superiors or juniors. In order for my superior to be respected by me, he/she has to earn that, show it to me they deserve it. When it comes to juniors, if they are capable, i will respect them in the same way too. When we are treating each other with respect, it will be much easier to work alongside each other because we know what to do at the right time, to ensure efficiency.

Actually, the last time that I worked outside the home, it seemed like everyone at my place of employment was treated as equals as long as we were the year round employees. You see, there were a lot of seasonal employees and when it came to them, they were looked at differently. With the year-round employees, however, there was a good rapport with everyone at the company from the president all the way down to the minions like myself.

No I don't. Yesterday I was talking to my boss when a collegue walked in and she was all in black. She is Muslim so I asked is it fashion or a religious reason. She said religious , I excused myself from my boss and went to talk to my friend. Then I went back to my boss.I explained why I left and No Worries , I wasn't fired In fact my boss was worried about her too.I respect Everybody equally. I am in the lower part of the power pyraid and yet I get respect from everyone at work.

I have been retired for about four years now. I was gone for about a year prior to that too. There is one gal I see around town and she always remembers me. I guess that means I had a positive attitude toward them. I was one of the senior staff in the new department I helped developement. THe new kids had to be trained in all the complex stuff so we all did our part. I am glad she remembers it all favorably.

Hmmm, I have a lot of respect for supervisors and I have a basic understanding for junior colleagues. I also have the feeling that at any time a junior colleague can move up in rank when warranted, and should be congratulated on this success. I guess, your statement is much like my feelings toward my co-workers. They are like a second family.

I try having a great attitude towards my fellow colleagues, both to the superior and the juniors, I really do not act different to them... of course there's some people you "like" more, or some people that just have a better appearance, but I try not to have any differences between the superiors or inferiors.

I try to treat my colleagues as i would want them to treat me. i have respect for those older and above me. i sometimes feel closer to those who are closer to my age or job experience.

Well for me, I treat all equally. Work is work and humor is humor. I tend to be good wz all first but when my staff does mistake, I will take the time to try guide them to the right path. Of course, when I am wz my bosses I tend to be a little nicer wz them. Bosses are still bosses right?

Our attitude had to be on guard when you're there in the workplace, especially against our superiors. because if we are being disrespectful to the top can-can we in the law because it. but if we are in the free environment, so we do not require being pretentious humble, but act casual. but you have to make conversation with the words that well so she does not feel hurt.
