I hate the idea of it, and I can't take cold shower in the morning, nor at night time. Last night, I wanted to take a shower, but the water just won't get warmer. I don't know what was wrong with it. At half of the shower, I just almost freezing to death, and I have to jump out of it, and dry myself. I sneezed a bit. Maybe it was too cold, the faucet was clogged or something, I can't get the hot water going last night for me. My sister took the whole shower without complaint, and water was cold too. Can you do it?

I hate taking cold showers. My little sister can take them just fine with little complaint, but it's a huge issue for me. I can cool it down once I get in, but it has to be warm for me to get in first, if that makes sense. Even in the summer I generally start out with a warm shower.

No I can't. In fact every morning I've to take a hot bath as it's quite cold. When it's raining, I'll just have to skip it. Even if I take a hot bath, when I come out from the bathroom, I'll still get a cold as the weather's really chilling. My body can't really take cold showers, probably because I'm used to getting hot showers all the time. I've been taking hot showers ever since our family used the water heater. So now it ended up that, even in hot weathers, I still take hot showers

I used to shower with cold water, either in the morning or at night. Bathing with cold water, more fresh than the bath with hot water.

Oh no, especially not in this cold weather. I'm worried about your water though. Is your hot water lines froze up? In the summer months I can take a cooler shower but still not a cold one

If I'm staying in a warm or hot place, I will take a shower and shower with cold water because it is so hot outside. If I'm staying in a cold place,I usually take a shower with hot water. After I take a shower,I don't get colds or anything.I don't usually take a shower at night.

I myself have a hard time taking a cold shower unless it is the summer and it is very hot out. But sometimes when I take a warm shower I will end my shower with a burst of cold water for a few minutes. I do this because I have read somewhere that it is good for your hair and can make it look more shiny when you rinse it with cold water. I also did some more research after reading this post and found that they say that cold showers are also good for: Brings blood to the capillaries, therefore increasing circulation throughout the body. Cleans the circulatory system. Reduces blood pressure on internal organs. Provides flushing for the organs and provides a new supply of blood. Strengthens the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems. Contracts the muscles to eliminate toxins and poisonous wastes. Strengthens the mucous membranes, which help resist hay fever, allergies, colds, coughs. Which I have heard some of these before and there seems to be allot of tests done on cold showers and how it effects our bodies.
