A healthy breakfast even if busy

A busy morning is common that experienced by the employees, especially in urban areas.
Traffic jams make a bit of time is a precious thing not to be late arriving at the office. As a result, because in a hurry, many people who go to work without breakfast. There are several reasons does no start the day with breakfast. Or also consider eating breakfast in the morning or less important, even is one way to lose weight by reducing the entry of food in the morning. Actually, whether it's important to start the day with breakfast? How to get around so you can routinely do breakfast? what a healthy breakfast menu for the body?

I have read a lot about the importance of breakfast every day. But sad to note that I really do not have any appetite during mornings. All I take is coffee. Although I am not really in a hurry in most of the mornings as I do my work since I work on my own. I have no boss, so its all up to me. But even if I have the time to prepare my breakfast, I do not due to the reasons above. Often, my first meal is taken around 11 in the morning. I still feel great despite people saying to me that not eating breakfast is not good. Perhaps it depends on the person right? So in your case, milk, fruits and cereal would probably be good. Be healthy always!

My mom told me that, breakfast is the most important meal for a day, and no matter what, I shouldn't skip my breakfast. In my personal history, I have avoided eating breakfast for while. Lately, my mom just enforced me to get back to a healthy routine and take breakfast everyday though.

I've read about what you are writing about.A good breakfast is not only healthy but controls weight too.I generally eat oats or egg at breakfast with a fruit and coffee.I feel a healthy breakfast depends on the age of the person.Personally i prefer oats,fruit and coffee at breakfast.

A healthy breakfast for me is some oatmeal and a piece of fruit I also like to have Kashi cereal and maybe some yogurt

yes, we should have healthy breakfast for sure even if we are busy. Breakfast is considered brain food and brain is such a important thing in our body. So do not skip Breakfast for any reason.

Hi, like you I am also running for the time every morning. Eating breakfast is time consuming but I still manage to eat before going to office. I eat hard meal, rice and dish. If no time at all and I'm gonna be late I just sip a cup of energen at the office. It's delicious and nutritious cereal drink, cause I need more fiber!

Really, breakfast is most information in our daily life. It is an energy to start working, running and other things. Without breakfast, always feel tired and hungry, also you need to eat more in lunch and dinner. How terrible! But not eating fast food even you have no time. Fast food will damage your body, just bread, egg and some milk be OK. Basic, you need to eat more because breakfast will not gain weight. With an apple after breakfast may help stomach digestion:)
