Why in the Philippines, when you reach the age of 30 you can't hardly apply for a job nowadays. They prefer 20 to 28 years of age. Thats why there are so many unemployed here. In other countries you can work as long as you know the job. Even elderly can work. What is the problem?

I was in your country and i am aware of this, here too in india such unemployment problem and age barrier is there for govt jobs, guys and girls keep searching for jobs and in this process, cross the age.. Well, as many people say, Philippines is a young country since most of its population is composed of young adults, like 25 and below. And every year lots of students graduate and companies like young employees since they can pay them less.

I think they want new and young applicants because they dont have to paid them a high salary plus fresh graduates are really hard working and they still do not have an experiences. 20-28 years I think is the time when people are just getting out from school and starting to live a new life
