what hair treatment do you use when you notice that your hair is dry, sticky, and rough? aside from conditioner to you have other treatment to make your hair healthy and beautiful? because going to beauty salon is very expensive just to make your hair beautifully. any suggestions or idea?

The best hair product I have is Chi Silk Infusion. You just have to put a drop in your hair (the size of a dime) and it literally turns your hair into silk. It makes your hair easier to straighten to. If you have curly hair it makes it soft and bouncy, by far best hair product out there!

I agree that the best is to go to a salon and have a hair treatment once a month. The maintenance should be there to keep your hair beautiful. Using a conditioner is a tip from hair dresser. Try hair reborn, it will make your hair like new, I haven't try it cause I the salon did was Keratin, they run out of hair reborn treatment.

I use those once a week conditioners that has deep treatment for hair. Right now, I am trying out Sunsilk. I've only used it twice though, but when I used it, my hair seemed softer and a bit shinier. I used to put mayonnaise on my hair when it was long and straight. But it's so smelly. It does make the hair shinier though.

I have used hair spa and hot oil treatment on my hair. We can buy it on beauty stores here so we can do it at home by ourselves. It's a bit convenient and money saving when you do it yourself. That way you know what you are putting in your hair. Make sure to research the product on the internet if its safe to use everyday or not before buying it. I don't really recommend it myself because your hair might not be taking in the chemicals and will just worsten your hair condition.

I like using Morrocanoil, its a hair oil that you put on when your hair is wet. It is more than I usually pay for hair products as it is about £30, but Ive had the same bottle for about 4 months and havent even used a quarter of it. You only need to use a little and my hair feels really good after I use it. I bought it from the hair salon I go to and I love it!

Hmm, for me i get free hair wash and hair treatment when I am at the salon. I know the owner since I was 10 years old! Other than that, I just head down to the nearest Body Shop and get a nice bottle of hair treatment...whatever they recommend me :)

Virgin coconut oil is one of the best, cheap too because you can do it on your own, just massage the scalp with the oil before going to bed , you can also cover the head with a towel so the oil does not stain the pillow, rinse or shampoo in the morning

Conditioners can only soften your hair for just around 8 or 12 hours. Then when you are exposed to smoke or dust, the effect of the conditioner is gone. That's why I'm not dependent on conditioners alone. If you really want your hair to be soft and shiny you can go to a salon and have hair spa or hair treatment. You can let the stylist check your hair type so they'll know the appropriate treatment it needs. For me so far, rebonding and hair spas are the best friends of my hair.

Hair spa is the best. Aside from relaxation it gives it also helps the hair glow and shine. Regular treatment can avoid dryness and roughness of hair.
