Got Disconnected and I was disappointed

the disconnection letter  - weeeeeeeeeee..........for that first time it happened and i hate it. what a mistake :((

Last Friday before i went to our Mylotters Bonding Day i supposed to check my fb and mylot account but to my surprised PLDT MyDSL has a message that my connection has been temporarily disconnected due to my unpaid balance of 0.00php(how come they will temporarily disconnect my account if my balance is 0.00php, weird). I freaked out and tried to call their hotline to verify my account but unfortunately no one answered it i've been on the line for 30 minutes, so i was so disappointed becoz i already paid my two months bill and they i don't receive any disconnection letter for last month or for this month. Because i don't want to spoiled my day i just pursue to my plans for that day and everything went well but since i cannot accept the fact that they've been disconnected my account i went to the nearest office and complained, the personnel who entertained me said that i am the 10th client that complained they have a technical problems regarding some account. I tried to calmed down becoz it will be useless if i will get mad since my day was really good i just asked the personnel what should i do then she told me that she is going to report it so they can reconnect me again and i am thankful that my connection is back the next day :). My pc will be useless if i don't have a net connection hehehe!:D. I just hope it will not happened again since i always pay my bills before the due date. Good evening everyone! :)

Funny, I use the same internet service provider but just an upgraded version of their plan 990 and I never experienced a thing like that even in days when I forget to pay the bill hehe, maybe it was just an error and you did the right thing calling support cause it's their responsibility

Goodeve Louie, actually i am using plan 1299, i tried to call their hotline but no one is answering me maybe becoz the agent is still sleeping lol becoz i tried to call at 8:30 am to 9:00 am so i went to their nearest office on that day and i also complained that no one is answering my calls the personnel told me that maybe all of the agents are assisting some clients too besides they don't have enough agents that what she said.

Hello Louie, I do believe they can still have a christmas party while the others can work, it's the samething for work in the Call Center,they can't seem to have a complete break on holidays. So, I strongly believe it's nothing more than an error and am glad catch here had done something to do about it.

technology glitch always happen every now and then, isn't it??? :-) that's why we can never rely entirely on technology... i'm glad that everything is sorted out for you anyway and hopefully it won't happen again to you in the future... take care and have a nice day...

good eve lingli, yah!i know its not natural that some problem occurred sometimes in connection what i hate is that day i need to check my fb and mylot account for important matters then to my dismay i don't have a connection anyway it already happened and glad my connection is back. :)

hi honey! i'm glad your connection's back. it allowed us to chat once again last night without further interruptions except of course that i was late getting back home and sleep was knocking on my doorstep at almost 1am. lol i think we have the same plan from the same company. the connection's good but sometimes the customer service hotline is bad because you can't get through. hehe however they do respond quickly upon receipt of complaint or report. but the hassles that come with it is one of the little stuff we can do without. glitches do happen. sometimes system errors occur and will go unattended unless they receive coplaints. hope we don't get affected in the future. but i'll bet the system will clog once more during the holiday rush. just keep your cool. tc!

Ehem! :D, it was nice chatting you again hehehe! I agree with you that when it comes to customer service i can give them lowest rating and you need to wait 48 hrs. before they going to take any action, welll good thing that the next day my connection was back but i told the personnel that " I thought you are better than my previous net provider, but i was wrong coz you are just the same but your company is worst when it comes to taking calls no one is answering maybe your agents are still sleeping or lazy to pick up some complain" (wohohoho i am so mean well i already said that :D). have a nice day Myles :)

honey, Well,that's the problem with technical issues...technical issues? I don't think so,you don't have unpaid balance and they disconnect your service...you better asks for compensation. I haven't paid my 2 mos balance with SMART...and they haven't disconnect my service. They just called me and when i say i will pay my account on the following month,then,my service still doing good. Jaiho, I also used your network provider before but i am not happy with their services they ask too much amount when it comes to other services which i find unfair. Anyway hope it will not happen again coz you know me how freaky i am when it comes to my net connection ehhehehe!:D Eeeeeeeeeeee........(blushing) you already received it ahe!did you see Mr.Postman :P love you more~

Hello Bhabycatch, I am into a different Subscription, which is Globe Telecom. The signal is good here, but there was a time when they have this problem with the connection. Instead of me getting mad at the customer service claiming that they are receiving many calls, I just slept it off. Some how, I knew there was something wrong with the internet. Few hours later, they were able to put it back on track. Wow! I am only now using the 899 plan here in globe which is a lot slower but since I got this opera, it has sure worked. . at least our expense with globe has lessen. i just hate when they were charging us with 100$ a month.

LK25, I don't like slow connection i easily got irritated when it comes to internet i don't have a patience sort of addict on it hahaha!......Well i am more concerned about disconnecting my connection for invalid reason never in history that someone sent me a disconnection letter becoz we have a messenger (some kind of that) who is paying all our monthly bills so it will be unfair to my side that they just disconnect it. Globe connection here is not that good maybe becoz of the site when it is raining there is no connection at all land line or internet.

Such a poor service! In our country it's very rare to see a company with good customer service. I always complain every time i see something wrong. I studied Kotler's books in marketing when I was in college and it was emphasize there how important customer service is and yet we never applied what we have learned in school in the real world. No wonder we are so behind from other countries, we don't try to improve our service.

So you are talking about internet service provider in your place, in 2004 i was in Davao and Manila, i found the net too bad. Here i access using my land phone(BSNL), am satisfied with it. I pay 665 rupees per month for unlimited download and usage, as senior citizen and retired govt employee, i enjoy concessions lol. Thanks for sharing your feelings Cheers. BE HAPPY ALWAYS. hello Professor, Yes i am talking about this internet provider at my place it's well it's hard to get a good one unless you will pay the higher cost. thanks for the response happy mylotting
