Two drop tears of love

Today evening brotherly friend have said me an incident of him life. He was not known that he was is love. As he described me that whom he loved was not the ready to accept by his family member. I don't know why she was not acceptable to their family. But their family well wisher who play the role of guirdent of their family request him to not go far in relation with that girl. He was in dilemma. But finally he decided to sacrifice his love.
That was not the story but the preface of the story.
The story start today that the girl whom he love once ( though the relation is not continued it does not meant that he don't love her now) come today to invite him to her marriage. He was fainted at that moment. He said that he felt emptiness in his heart. When the girl gives him the invitation card two drop tears fall in the card.

Why was this girl not good enough for him? Surely though love conquers everything and if he really loved her like it seems then he should have battled a little more to have been able to continue with her?

The story is over before I come to know. I myself surprise to here the story. Before I do anything for him already everything is finished. What make him more responsible to his family then his love is a surprise for me. I don't know more why the girl is choice of his family. As he is in a critical juncture of life so I have not ask more. Moreover the story is almost over so nothing left to do from my part. If he has said me earlier about his love perhaps I would have done something for him. Now his love remain reserve in tear of that wedding invitation card.

Obviously this girl is not aware that he is still in love with her or she would not send the invitation? Or maybe she sent it knowing that he was going to be hurt

if she agree to that choice, i guess she have to take the consequences too.
well i hope she can forgot her love and still stick with her husband.
however, love can be build by time. as she spend more time with her husband, i believe there is a love grow too in her heart

Very practical thing you have said here. We need to live in what we get. What we loose surely lays some sadness in our mind. But we need to adjust with the situation. And time is great factor here. With time passed I they they will be capable themselves with situation.

she wanted to hurt him for what his family and
he had done to her.I feel anger at both of them as
if they really loved each other they would not have
let the families part them. I loved and I faced my
family and I married him, and my family grew to
care for him too.You really love someong you just
do not give up at all for love is worth fighting for.

But my friend don't think that the girl is cruel. She is leaving him is his request. Strange situation prevailing there. The girl was also hurt. They are victim of situation and wrong decision taken by them. Why they have taken such decision against their love is really unbelievable. She actually did not come to hurt him. But she herself hurt. Two drops tears from her eyes on the invitation card is the indication of her love towards him.

That is a sad shame! I was dating a man who was forced to choose between me and his family and sadly he chose the latter! I was not accepted because I came from a different culture and I had divorced. My ex did not have the strength to fight his family to be with me and in my opinion his love must not have been that great because to lose someone you love so easily and stupidly is absurd! I am not judging your friend by telling my story. A bit cruel of the girl to invite him to her wedding...

It was decided in consultation of both that they will not continue their relation any more. So the girl was innocent. She comes to invite her ex with heavy heart. And finally she was unable to control her emotion and two drops of tear falls in the invitation card.
Off course it is sad that some relation are dried up fighting with social custom. What is the custom and culture if it hurt the emotion? This question come to my mind.
I am really sad the hear your story that is smiler to the situation of my friend.
Actually some people are not too strong to fight against the situation. So some relations are dried up in the name of custom, culture and tradition.

I am not a native English speaker and I have checked my discussion and find numbers of mistake there is my discussion.
Actually the first part of the story is past and already happened unknowingly to me. What the reason behind that led the story to a tragic end is still in dark. And he is not in the position today to make enquiries more. What the reason behind it , that leads him to take a stern decision is still surprise for me.

Decision taken in emotion always makes us surprised. We really find the logic and means of such decision. None of them have betrayed anyone. But the situation he describe today really shocked me. I was completely speechless when he was describing.
I was not witness of the incident when the girl came to invite him. But I can't imagine.......
A girls come .....
To meet a boy whom she love....
A marriage card in her hand....
She comes to invite him, whom she loved ever...
Now she is inviting him as a guest of her marriage
She invites him with a card with two drops of tear.
So I want to say that their loves will be preserved as two drops tear for ever.

This line creates some misunderstanding. Because most of my responder thinks that tears drops from the eyes of the boy. But actually two drops of tears falls from the eyes of the girl. From my believe I can say that both the boy and girl are innocent. They are victim of the situation and as I feel they take wrong decision that they are going to sacrifice their love for the pleasure of their family.

That is an extremely sad story but the man let the woman go to find the one who could love her. Was he to be selfish and ask her to not love? It wasn't selfish on her part to find another man. He let her go, that meant she was free to decide whom she wanted to be with. She decided to not wait up for him, to let him go and find a woman his family would approve of. In the end she found happiness and the man was left to torment because he knew he made a mistake in not asking the girl to be his.
