Want to find out some informations? go and google search it, no need to go to the library and read books, google can give you anything you want. And this make us dependent on those info and never ask if ever they're the real fact we're searching on.Gone are the days when one has to read a lot of references and make your own analysis on the subject, now just copy and paste and there you have it. Do you agree that this google thing is making us stupid ?

Oh, no, Edna, I think it might be serving to educate us, if anything. I've got to say that when I was in school and we used to have to use encyclopedias to look things up, I hated it. Research was a dirty word to all of us, especially if we had to go to the library to do it. It literally meant pouring over piles of books, hand-copying text, and carting a notebook around. It sucked. Nowadays kids can just type it in and get instant information via geat places like Wikipedea and offical sites. My only gripe is that most people do not know how to use apostrophes. Gammar has literally gone out the door. KNowlege, however, is as far as we choose to go - it's all right in front of us.

Not stupid. It is really helping and informative, if we choose to use it that way. It is so addicting and has so much in it, that we cant use it the right way. so we're going stupid cous we are stupid :p

I do not think that it is as it is simply another convineinet method for us all. Especially for those parents who work long hours and are unable to take their children to the libraries. However, being dependent on it is truly silly, as there is a great deal of knowledge right in their neighborhood libraries. Also a great deal of information on the net is really outdated and provides wrongful information many times.
