Hey, I am Indonesian. Maybe I am strange, too. You may not know Indonesia, but maybe you heard of Bali, before? Bali is one of the 34 or so provinces in Indonesia. The government deemed it necessary to grow the provinces, used to be 27 but I am not really sure how many now. See, even as an Indonesian, I don't care with this kind of thing. So, maybe I am strange, too. The country is rich in term of minerals, oils, mines but we are lack of experts to develop this country. You can check in Wikipedia for more accurate information. I am sure Indonesia is there. You can come as a tourist, and see for yourself how is Indonesia. I can't help you more.

I have the name of that place before but I don't really know it. One thing I don't like is when someone tell me to come in a certain because it will make me rich. Those things turn me away because I simply won't believe it.

It really is a serious matter. Maybe that person is just looking for a soul mate and doesn't care much about the business. If I was in your shoe I would never go. You could seriously be walking off a cliff. From your talking about this let me tell u about the man I saw on news. Jamaica is a country which plays dancehall music. Japanese also love dancehall music. There was this japanese man, bilingual (can speake japanese and english) that told a jamican dj( could only speak english) to work for him because he could pay him a lot. They payed his plane fare etc and the man started to work at japan. But when the man suppose to receive his pay. He instead received some beatings. They treated him like a slave. And he couldn't even make it back to his home town. It was after a few months when relatives couldn't get to him, the relatives sent higher authorities to search for him. They found him but he was in a terrible condition. They brought him back to my country and after he came out the hospital. He came on news talking about the incident. Just wanted this true story with you.

The story is serious. So I knew about Japanese who is slave and hardly working to earn little money. I am sorry for him hurt. Some Japanese leaved to other country for the business. But they hid why the people didn't know where they came from. I believed they was not happy in their country.

I have notice that too. A lot of japanese and chinese go to different countries to work, even to my country. And many of them too. I always wonder why don't they stay in there country. What I don't like is when I go into one of their stores and they are talking to one another and I can't understand a thing that they are saying. That always get me quite upset cause it always get me wondering if they are talking about me.

hi sjaswon oh my dear person so not use a strange man in a country you know nothing about as a way to get a great job. people on the net often tell you grand things and are lying through their teeth. an internet friend of my sons whom he had often talked to told himn she would help us out and put up three months rent on an apartment in antioch California for us but even after this dizzy dame signed an agreement at the very last minute when we were planing on taking the train to antioch the owner of the motel emailed my son and told him he was sending back our deposit of one hundred dollars as this dizzy dame had suddenly at the very last moment phoned him from England where she lived and told the manager to tear up the agreement. so heed my warning and do not hurry off to Indonesia without learning a whole lot more about the country and job opportunities.and no I really know nothing about Indonesia except they are at war with Malaysia at times Please do a lot of questioning and do not do anything foolhardy as being in a foreign country with no job and not knowing anyone could be extremely dangerous.

Your response makes me afraid. Your story is very serious. I am sorry that what you have the incident. In online, He talked me feeling like mystery. I knew I didn't trust what he talked things. His mouth is like crazy. I thought He can damage my life. But I didn't think I want to go there what he said.

I had a friend form Indonesia when I was in High School. He said that most people there are Muslims. And they love spicy food. He said that their country belongs to one of the poor nation. Literacy is not so good and jobs are hard to find. I don't know if it is true or if he is just being bitter or something. But one thing is for sure those who are unknown to you and offer you something so good is a scam or fake. It is hard to trust on people who are offering good to be true things. Asks details and have some research if what he is saying is true.

huh? how do you know the man? If i were you, i wouldn't go to Indonesia doing business with this guy due to your way of saying "strange". But in the case that you trust him and you think it worthy.. I would still advice you to think twice, Indonesia is a place where if someone is rich.. he's super rich, but if someone is poor.. he is super poor...

hi sjaswon, what the people on here are saying to you is - dont be too trusting. anywhere you go, whether indonesia, malaysia, china, india, or even america.. if you lack skill and education and technique and the eagerness to work in another country, it will be very difficult to succeed. but also i will say this even if i have not been to indonesia. it is avery beautiful country with mixed faith or religion. conservative people too. dont hurry up. equip yourself first with knowledge. am sure you dont want to suffer culture shock. have a nice day to you. ann

Hello Sjaswon, Have you even bother searching through the wikipedia or any kind of information about it? what's this person/company got to do with the entire country?. Indonesia happens to be known Islands in the South east Asia, probably bigger than the Philippines. First, Search the place through the net. then, search the company claims to have business in indonesia. there's been a lot of victims of illegal recruiting through out the world.well, I have seen mylotters here who are from Indonesia. why don't you asked them. thank you not a referral Link. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indonesia

I am not from Indonesia but I know Indonesia. It is one of the most attractive place in Asia. Yes it is possible that you can earn big with a business. You told that you've chatted with a strange man. In internet all are strange people, and if anyone told about his country then there is nothing bad about it. Every person is proud to tell about his/her country. If you're smart enough then nobody can cheat you or can clean your pocket. I know Indonesia it is a great place, people are great too.

Many Indonesians are working as illegal and legal labors in my country, Malaysia. They are here because of the bad economic in their country. They couldn't get a jobs i their country. The impression of Indonesian to Malaysian is very bad. However, if you like to know more about it, I suggest you to search and read more about the news in Malaysia and Indonesia. Hence, I am inconvenient to interpret further.

Hi sjaswon, First off, I am an Indonesian but now living in Australia. I am not saying Indonesia is a bad country but this guy whom you talked about is a complete liar. Do not believe in everything he said. It will make your life turn 180 degrees to worst instead. I got to say Indonesia is a nice country to live in, people are polite and kind. Indonesia hosts many wonderful beaches and many tourists come to Indonesia to enjoy the beautiful beaches. Indonesia also has lots of natural beauties and has lots of natural resources. In fact Indonesia has the largest natural resources in the world. Many Indonesians does not realise this what I already know what it holds. Maybe you may want to consider a visit to Bali as a tourist. Trust me, it's a heaven for tourists.

Indonesia is our neighbor. Though I have not been there but I've heard that it is a nice place for vacations. Maybe you can try his offer for employment. As far as I know Indonesia has high rate unemployment.

I actually have a friend in Indonesia, but this guy sounds off. Anyone who promises that you will get rich is probably not being up front with you. So whether the country would be good to make a living, I really don't know other than my friend does not have much herself.

Of course I know Indonesia. It is near my country. Indonesia these days hire foreigners to work in their country. particularly ESL teaching. To say it is a wonderful country depends to you. They do have a unique way of life. It is a third world country like mine.

It's a south asia country. It is made up of millions of islands. It is the largest country which has a large amount of islands. Its weather is very hot, you should consider if you can stand it. The country is undergoing fast economic growth. It has a great foreground I think. But now it is a developing country so it is a little bit poor.
