What food to eat to get a flat tummy (Fat burning foods)

Egg. They are super high in protein and can help you burn that unwanted belly fat! Of course along with the help of exercise. You may have heard all the warnings about egg, that is because a couple of eggs will put you over the recommended daily amount of cholesterol. Egg contains vitamin b12. A great supplement for breaking down fat cells. Oatmeal. Might not be the tastiest but this will really help you burn that unwanted fats + digestive benefits. Oatmeal has fiber that acts as a broom on your stomach and take those toxins away and giving you a fast metabolism. Oatmeal also helps to fight colon cancer and heart disease because it also contains omega-3. Those are the two I recommend since I ate them. And also instead of having junk foods and desserts make citrus fruits as an alternative. :)

Hey thanks for this piece for information, just what i wanted. Been eating carrots to curb my hunger pangs and have been looking for alternatives before i turn orange. My husband heard somewhere that it is bananas to slim down. What do you think about bananas? Yesterday i watched a program '20 ways to slim down' I know this is an anti climax because I cant remember all the 20 ways but the end message is that you should love yourself first and accept whatever you look like before starting to change how much you weigh. In that way you will get to your ideal weight and not get obsessive on losing weight. Here are what I remember tho when shopping for clothes, choose the one that fits you. Do not get hung up on the size stated because all sizes on clothes varies according to the cut and design. If the size still bothers you, after purchase, cut it off. When you decide to diet, do throw out your scales. Instead of getting upset by the 'slow moving' numbers, gauge your progress by the clothes that you wear. drink plain water more than sugary ones. Plain water also increases your metabolism. Vary your excercise routine. The one they feature is pole dancing! its so cute because the fitness shoes are high heels. lol!! Yup, for me oatmeal and other wheat products is a tummy flatter. You can also add rich in fiber foods to helps you loosen the dirt everyday. No to junk food, colas and high cholesterol food.

Apple Cider Vinegar burns fat. There is actually a diet plan where you drink 2 tbsp of it mixed with water and maple syrup. You're supposed to drink this mixture before each meal I think. I've never tried it, but I've heard it works great!
