Recently I joined a new gym and caught a severe back pain, because only sit up manually 5 times already to make mid-back pain and my head could not even breath and can pass out if be born in that position. If fitness with heavy equipment to the stomach, did not even taste in the abdomen, which is only mild pain in his back. What I want to ask: 1. I want to shrink the stomach, but could not sit up because his back is always sore. Is there another way? 2. Does this show symptoms such as acute back pain is up to need further treatment, or could with medication that can be done alone at home? Note: There are strange too with my habit. Usually if people laugh crazy, the pain is part of the abdomen. Meanwhile, if my shoulder pain is like being stabbed, head back to the reel, and recently the middle of my back. Is this related? 3. This was possible with their own treatment, what treatment? 4. Approximately, how exercise training is right for me? What I want to turn down the forearm (triceps), the back side (wings), side abdomen, buttocks, thighs, and calves. Thanks

Don't do sit-ups. They are not good for your back. Do crunches or use an exercise ball instead. I suggest yoga. It is really effective at losing weight, will make your back feel better, and will relieve stress. :)

Greetings :) I think the best thing you could do is the treadmill or eliptical bike. Use these equipment for 30min-1hr at a constant pace. Since you have back problems, I suggest you do hanging knee/leg raises. I suggest you do this after your bike/treadmill. It is also good to do this after lifting weights as a form of transition. This might help but, don't forget the diet.

Sit ups are not effective if you want to shrink the stomach, but more to harden the muscles in the abdominal wall. if want to play down, try with cardio, like swimming, running, cycling.

1. maybe you should diet and regular exercise are simple and your body burn fat for you. 2. probably was caused by fatigue your muscles during exercise, so that your back so ill. and should not impose themselves with heavy exercise. 3. you have to rest and perform massage and body that can make your back more comfortable. 4. as I have said, should you need a simple exercise that takes no more power or better your fitness exercise course. maybe it can make you more comfortable.
