I joined this site two weeks ago. It looked OK back then, they had $0.01 ads and a low payout at $1. They had a $0.25 fee for cashout, but I thought it was OK. When I finaly reached my first $1,35 and I requested payout, I was surpised to see that they say I need to invest in order to cashout. Payout request refused The payout maximum for your account is 120% of your investment, which equals $0.00. The maximum amount you can request here is $0.00. I went and checked the terms, but now they were changed: "This is an investment site, to cash out you need to invest firstly." Can they change the rules of the game during the game?

Sorry inu, sounds like a scam to me. This is why I primarily stick with mylot for money online money. I don't think mylot has even changed their rules, but I can see that if they did, everyone would a get an alert about it first..

You know what inu, you are one of my favorite mylotters, so I say this as a friend, Quit putting yourself down when it comes to writing English. You're great at it, I have yet seen anything worth even mentioning. I myself have seen horrible mistakes on my own writing and English is my mother language and I am suppose to be a writer and taking English in college. So quit worrying about your English, it's great...

Thank you for encouraging me. I'll try not to complain about my English again. You don't need to blame yourself for a few typos, me too I do mistakes when I write in my mother tongue.

ohh inu..sorry to hear that. i guess they don't have a good intention to pay you. just leave the site and back here in my lot if they really want to pay you, they must be follow their own rule.

It depends on if they had something in the terms if it was subject to change or not. If that was in the terms to begin with(and any website who wants to smartly cover their own behinds if their business plan does not go as plan will put such a thing), then there really is not much you can do about it. It is rather disheartening to say the very least, but that is what you have to deal with. However, if something in the terms when you signed up did not say that the terms were subject to change, then you might have a bit more of a leg to stand on. And most websites are not smart enough to put in that loophole, so chances are that's going to be the case. The problem is proving that is the case and that is the hard part about these things.

Hello Megamatt, I haven't thought about saving the terms at the moment I join a site. But, presuming I did this, what could I do? Is there any court to judge an isue like this? Would it be a good idea to start a trial for those $2 they steal from me? I'm afraid it wouldn't. So all we have left is to resign that we've been fooled.

I think it's OK if I say it's name. In fact, anybody should find out this is not fair site, maybe there will be no other users fooled. I am talking about messi bux. I cannot say it is a scam, but a site that asks for investments is not a fair one. I won't advice anybody to join it.
