Our esteemed Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano has scrapped the border fence. She has a better idea.
what is that idea you may ask? I ask it too. She doesnt have one yet. But they say that the border is very well staffed.

The government has already spent $672 million on the aborted effort. what would you recommend?

I'm willing to "wait" for the proposal. There were way too many flaws with the virtual system being installed. I'd have pulled the plug the first time it went over budget. In the mean time, I'd send more National Guard with an active, versus sit-at-the-desk, mission. I'd let the would-be illegals, cartels, etc. know that their time to cross has passed.

Her idea is (silence). I really don't think the border is that well staffed otherwise it wouldn't be leaking so badly. Well, maybe she will come up with something in the next two years. It might keep her occupied for awhile.
