Many people say the french food have a high taste. Not surprisingly, many people pursue, hunt, and meet the French restaurant, although expensive. Which ever I heard, once eat at French restaurant, could spend money one month your salary. Many are saying too, the french food has a high taste because have fine quality. But, actually they really do not know about what they ate. For example: "filet mignon" (literally means: slices of tender) "pate de fois gras" (liver paste) "chevalen" (horse meat) "Monsieur de Veau" (young beef, veal) "Escargot d'France" (snails, slugs) For the latter of which I mentioned, if they knew, might they will think twice to eating it
