Almost missed a laugh

Here on mylot I try to give you discussions that require you to think a little out of the box, and I do read all of your responses. But at time the responses are so serious that if I am not careful I will miss a light one that shows up. I almost did this today, missed a play on words, good thing I read it twice, what a nice laugh it was and from a newbie also. Welcome to all you newbies always.

True savypat. That's why I love words and how you can play with words. And it is also true that while we see a lot of--well--negative comments about newbies, there are those who give us wit and humor and thought-provoking ideas. It's nice when we smile and laugh as it makes our moments light. Cheers!

What would we do without our newbies? MyLot is a great place for thinking and for enjoying a few laughs as well. I guess I am glad you got a laugh today.

Yeah , sometimes there are words or thoughts the responder wants to convey but there is just some depth into it that it requires us to read and reread.

Yeah, i too do this a few times. I almost go out of track and thats why i make sure that i read it again! Well, that was a narrow miss i must say! LOL! Thanks and that was a pretty warm welcome! :)
