I'm a very simple person. For most people breakfast consisting of eggs, bacon, sausages, and pancakes among others. However, I like to eat a very light breakfast which consists of a bowl of raisin bran cereal and a cup of Orange Juice. Most of the times, I probably eat a plain bagel by itself with a nice cup of hot tea or coffee. Surprisingly, I find this to be a perfect breakfast. What is a perfect breakfast to you?

The good breakfast for me: fried rice, fried dried fish, eggs with bread & a hot coffee with milk or even a hot chocolate. I find this breakfast very nourishing & heavy and i like to eat it everyday coz it gives me more energy, strength & eager to work the whole day. marilyn23

It really depends if I am hungry or not. If I am hungry, then I wold opt for rice, eggs, hotdogs or sausages or bacon or whatever cold cuts are available in the refrigerator. But if I am not that hungry, I would eat a bowl of oatmeal instead. Or sometimes I would just have coffee. But the perfect breakfast for me would be fried garlic rice, eggs, tomatoes and salted fish (danggit).

Monday to Friday I eat a light breakfast of either a bowl of cereal or two slices of toast with a low fat olive spread and a cup of tea. At the weekends I like to indulge so I will maybee have croissants with strawberry jam or a big fried breakfast with eggs, smoked bacon, sausages and potato scone. I would eat the fried breakfast everyday if it wasn't so fattening!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Most of the doctors advices us to eat a nutritious breakfast. The doctors always advices us to eat breakfast using the Go, Grow, Glow as a guide. During breakfast, we should eat food that has protein on it like Egss and fishes. We should also add food with carbohydrates like oatmeal, and high fiber cereals. And lastly there should also be fruits with our breakfast. Fruits are good source of vitamins and minerals. With this menu we could say that we are eating a neraly perfect breakfast.

Hi. I live in the Philippines where the main source of food is the rice. My father is a farmer so at home we served steamed rice/fried rice coupled with either sausages, fried eggs or fried fish and fruits and hot coffee for adults, hot milk or choco for kids.I grew up on this kind of breakfast which is very healthy for me because I can last long even eating a small amount during lunch or even have late lunch. But, having my own family , with husband getting bigger and bigger each month, I tend to avoid serving rice during breakfast so we settle with any of these or combination of : bread, spreads, butter or eggs and sausages, pancakes or what we call kakanin(native delicacies) plus coffee or milk. But sometimes, I do serve rice especially when we are planning to go out later that day.

Hello friend, I prepared my breakfast of cup of oats with milk, sometimes teabiscuit or bread, this is very light breafast but before that I drink 1 cup of coffe. For me perfect breakfast is depends on budget and you prepared. Most office goers like eggs, bacon, fried rice and milk or coffe. some are combination of bread and butter and many more, but in a low income family hard breakfast sometimes and sometimes just coffee only. but if you are healhty conscious you have a list of most effective breakfast food that recommended by the expert... see you around

Mine would be a cup of hot chocolate. Then on the side, I want the morning newspaper. After that, a plate with 2 eggs, ham and sausages with wheat bread and 3 hash browns on the side. After that, I will take some fruits and a glass of mango or orange juice. All these I want while watching tv...

For me, there is no perfect breakfast. What might be a perfect breakfast today may not be the perfect breakfast tomorrow. When I am at home, my favorite breakfast is fried rice, fried dried fish, fried egg, hot dog, any fruit, and hot chocolate. Yummy!

I go with breakfast like a king, so my breakfast is my mainly meal of the day. Like most of asian people, I'll go for rice as my main food. So my favorite breakfast is fried rice with egg, tomato, and pickles accompany with black tea. For eggs can be substitute with chicken or sausages. And if I was in a hurry, don't have much time to prepare fried rice, I'll prefer peanut butter sandwich. I can't have milk and cereal for breakfast, because I that kind of food won't do enough for my morning activity.

Well my idea of perfect breakfast is two slices of bread with butter on it and a glass of milk. This is what I regularly take. But somehow I also do like potatoes paratha with curd or Idlis with sambhar.

I've never understood the logic behind "breakfast food". I mean, aren't eggs and pancakes just as good at noon or supper time? Do foods somehow "taste" different in the morning? Do our bodies know the difference between 7 am and 7 pm? To me, breakfast is no different than any other meal. This morning I had venison for breakfast. A couple of days ago I had some leftover Eggplant Lasagna.

That's a breakfast for a very simple person? Sounds too complicated to me! The only breakfast for me is a whole Green Drinking Coconut if I'm allowed, otherwise I go without. Breakfast is such a waste of time. There's so much more better things we can do with the time. Welcome to MyLot

For me, rice, viand and a cup of hot choco would be a perfect breakfast. My busy day requires me to eat heavy during breakfast because i need energy to start my day.

A perfect Filipino breakfast for me means being together as a family, starting the meal with a prayer, then serving a meal of rice, sunny side up fried egg, hotdog, corned beef, fresh fruits and cup of milk or energy drink. And along all these, we chit chat, we laughed at the jokes, we share the latest updates and we listen to each others' stories. This has been my dream. But it was never perfect.=(.
