Helpful for kids, and the parents too

In school the students are given so much of home work, many times they seek help of parents, many parents have no time, many are not qualified enough. The kids are sent for tuitions, if one can afford the charges, the tutor can come to your home. If one has access to internet, the job becomes easier to help the kids. There are several encyclopedias, Wikipedia is best, but it may contain some incorrect information too, though it is constantly updated by users, but better cross check from other sources for accuracy. You can try encyclopedia.com, encarta.msn.com too. I was told about sites like factmonster.com/home work, ajkids.com; but I have not checked. My friend said; in ajkids.com one can search by typing the whole question, and additional questions to refine the results. I hope this information is helpful and you can help your kids to get the home-work done. My daughter in laws and sons help their kids, when free I enjoy helping them. We don’t send them to private tuitions, nor we have hired any tutor. What you do? Please share. Professor ‘Bhuwan’. . Cheers have a lucky day ahead.

Up to this date, I have always helped my daughter with her homework and I will continue to help her with her homework until the time comes that she is more knowledgeable than I am and I will no longer be able to help her. I think when that time comes that I will have other members of our family to help her with her homework. I feel like we are quite lucky in that we have a large and smart family that will be able to help each other through.

Hi Professor, Its really nice to talk and get indulged with the kids b'coz they are our world, its only for them we get the inspiration to work hard, and enjoy their growth.I really have a comprehension about keeping the kids away from the school and have a self study center at home through the internet and like such. Can one really do away what the school environment provide/specifically the growth among other children in a competitive way, rather than studying at home alone by one-self. On the other hand its really nice you get so many help from all those sites on the computer, where there is no doubt you get things very very handy way,but there should not be any harm if one gets the help from the tuition side as well b'coz if one can afford the high cost private schooling, why not tuition,at least the unemployed mass can have some sort of a way to survive. Happy mylotting & Happy-KIDS

Hello my friend Professor2010 Ji, I consider present education system is very much wrong. With regards to hjome-work for children starting with Nursary/KG, it should be totally abolished. Thetre are certain homework, which child can never do because of age and many factors. They are basically beyond the cope of understanding. next the word fail is being tremoved. Children know they will get new class whay at all should tehy study. I appriciayte yoiur feed back, buty how many children and parents have access to sources you suggested. Education is most pitable condition. Thanks. May God bless You and have a great time.

hi prof, my wife and I take turns tutoring our children, we also see to it that projects are done on time. The children have their own pc and I constantly check what they are doing and browsing. I would love to have a private tutor for them but I think the money can be used elsewhere, would just do it ourselves in order to save.
