Season 11 American Idol choices

yes, those brothers were very good. i watched them last night. there are more auditions to come and then Hollywood week. i can't make a call yet on a favorite. it is too early right now. these people have to make it through Hollywood week and not everyone does. the Gutierrez brothers have a good shot. i agree with you.

I haven't seen enough detail on any of them to remember names....but I am surprised at all the kids this year. Lot's of young ones this season. I wasn't really impressed with the two brothers. I mean, they were good singers, but they were pretty generic. I'd be surprised to see them make it out of the top 20. I don't know, depends on how many really good ones there are. There really hasn't been more than a few really stand out singers that I have seen this year. The last guy on Wednesday was one of them..that signing waitress from the first week...can't remember the rest now.

Those two brothers last night were unbelieveable as everyone else last night was not so good and not so many people going to Hollywood last night. They stood out of course and were very good. I do like last wednesday nights last girl that performed and she had a cousin named Holly that had Luekemia. The story and just her singing ability were amazing and so good. She might not look like a hollywood star but my gosh she was amazing. There have been a few stand on for me but i do not remember there names but i will start remembering names when the top 12 gets picked. Im ready for the show to get rolling and moving and am ready to start voting soon. Love this show.

AHHHHHHH!!! I saw them too, and they were good!!!! My only fear is that, when they sing on their own, if they are still that good, and that powerful.. Cause it is different when you're singing with someone that you have sung with all your life, and when you sing alone in front of millions of people. I do hope that they keep singing the way they too, cause they are incredibly good.

I dont have choices yet, I want to see them sing live first before I pick a choice, I saw some good performances at the group round, I felt bad for the people who will make the top 24 who will get no face time because wont be given a chance by the voting public if they wont have the greatest performances, People with sob stories apparently will go far.

This season of american idol is very different and also very interesting. Having the two new judges adds a new twist to the show. Jeniffer Lopez's sweetness helps big time. It is never easy being rejected, but with her saying no, I think its all right. Steven Tyler makes the environment a bit warmer. The way he deals with women is quite cool. You can really see the rock star in him. The other judge? Well, he is the same old him. I missed the last two episodes. But the story that got my interest was of that of a man who was supposed to marry his girlfriend of eight years but they have not done that still because she got into an accident. The way the guy handles the situation is awesome and how he shows his love to her is wow. True love does go on still even through the hardest time.

Hi Maean, I was able to catch that episode and I, too was touched by how close they are as brothers, and yes, I like both of them. I already have my favorites this early and I hope I see them all up to the top 12. I like the new judges and I noticed that Randy is now more vocal about his opinion than he was in the past years. I think this season is going to be really interesting and I'm already excited about the Hollywood week.

I actually did and found them to be very good also. It was very refreshing to hear them as they actually sounded like pros. It would be nice to see them go through the cycles and make it to the top 12. I will also be tuning to see their progress.
