I learned that some fishes actually change sexes as they age! And the term is sequential hermaphrodite.

There are two different kinds:
Protandry= when a fish is born male and then turn female after a few years and,
Protogyny= when a one is born female and then turns male after some time.
What if humans were like this!? I think I would rather be female at the beginning and then male towards the end of my life so I can be an understanding male. And I wouldn't have to deal with menopause! What about you?

Well, for me, I'm happy to be a woman. I think menopausal period gets ugly if you take it negatively. For me, I'd like to stay the same and just age as gracefully as I can. But don't take me wrong, I respect your opinion on this. :-)

From what I can see of others experiencing menopause, I too when it gets to be my turn would love to take a skip also. I also hate the whole menstrual cycle moments, so I too like you would opt for the same choice.

I would not doubt if people could. I seen some photos of some Hermphrodite humans that seemed to bounce back and forth between Male and Female as their bodies changed... I have witnessed both of these in cats as well as had the shock of my life when my Male cat had kittens a few years ago him and his kittens were stolen by someone.. A Year later all the male kittens appeared male until they were around one year old then some of them lost a couple of things and then were like normal female cats you can not even tell the cat was 100% like a normal male kitten the year before .. I do not even know the logicaly scientific explaination of how a cat can go through the entire change like a fish .. but I have witnessed it in my own pets.. We are not feeding them radioactive catfood either :) ..
