Voice Over jobs-anyone can help?

Last year, I was supposed to be on the recording with Rosetta Stone in Istanbul, Turkey for 3 weeks, but because it took time to extend my passport, i couldn`t go..but I did like training to be voice talent coach on the phone about twice and still it was my valuable experience. I am interested in voice over job ( my native language is Indonesian), but I don`t know how to start. A translation agency based in SOuth america asked me to record my voice as sample ( in my own language), do you think folktales is fine?I came across the site called EmergingCast, anyone can share experience using that?I just signed up but i don`t know how to claim task as there is no instruction about what we should do..Is it possible for me to do voice over in English?Please help. thank you
